V	Vyron Varonis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μεγάλες καθυστερήσεις στις παραδόσεις και άθλιος ο τρόπος διεκπεραίωσης της καθημερινής εξυπηρέτησης πελατών από τα ταμεία τους.στην δύσκολη περίοδο του Κορωνιού δέχονται στα ταμεία τους μόνο 4 άτομα ενώ έχουν μεγάλο χώρο αναμονής.ετσι έξω δημιουργούνται μεγάλες ουρές στον εξωτερικό χώρο και αδιαφορουν για το πόσο ουρά έχει.αν οι καιρικές συνθήκες είναι δύσκολες(πολύ κρύο,πολύ ζέστη). προσωπικά έχω πολλές ιστορίες άσχημης εξυπηρέτησης από τα ταμεία τους που δεν ξέρω τι να πρωτογραψω.οσο μπορώ από δω και στο εξής θα τα αποφεύγω.δυστυχως όχι τελείως γιατί σε κάποια δέματα εξωτερικού δεν μπορώ να επιλεξω Long delays in deliveries and miserable the way the daily customer service is handled by their cash registers. p	panos mpaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι έχω πληρώσει για να το φέρουν στο σπίτι μου το δέμα, έχει πάει στο κατάστημα από της 6/10 έχουμε 14/10 πήρα να δω γιατί δεν το φέρνουν κ μου είπαν καλύτερα ελάτε από εδώ να το πάρετε!!! Τότε γιατί είναι εκεί κ τούς πληρώνουμε??? Κ το παίζουν αν πάει κάποιος άλλος ενώ θα έχεις δόση την ταυτότητα σου για να το παραλάβει, ότι δεν μπορούν να το δώσουν!!! ?????? Unacceptable I have paid to bring the parcel to my house, it has been in the store since 6/10 we have 14/10 I went to see why they do not bring it and they told me better come here to get it !!! Πήγα ο ίδιος από εκεί να τα πάρω την Παρασκευή και μου είπαν δεν τα βρίσκουν είναι στο κιβώτιο προς παραδοση τη Δευτέρα. Είναι ήδη Τρίτη απόγευμα και δεν ξέρω αν θα έρθει ούτε αύριο Τετάρτη. Την προηγούμενη φορά ενώ είχα συστημένο δεν ήρθαν καν και είδα στο tracking ότι τάχα πέρασαν και δεν μας βρήκαν και άφησαν ειδοποιητηριο. Σε καραντίνα που είναι όλοι μέσα με κλειστά σχολεία δεν βρήκαν κανέναν και όλως τυχαίως χάθηκε και το ειδοποιητηριο. Τηλέφωνα δεν σηκώνουν ποτέ! Δυστυχώς είμαστε έρμαια χαραμοφαηδων τεμπελοσκυλων και δε μπορούμε να κάνουμε τίποτα. 15 days packages from Athens are waiting at the distribution unit. m	maria th4 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλιοι; Ναι αντιεπαγγελματιες; Ναι παρηγγειλα ένα προϊόν από το εξωτερικό και με εξέθεσαν στην εταιρία αναγκάστηκα να κάνω επιστροφή χρημάτων ενώ έστειλαν κανονικά το προϊόν στην Ελλάδα. Τους ψάχνω στο τηλέφωνο και δεν απαντάνε έχω στείλει 100 email και καμία ανταπόκριση κρίμα πραγματικά. Poor? Yes unprofessional? Yes, I ordered a product from abroad and they exposed me to the company, I had to make a refund while they sent the product normally to Greece. I'm looking for them on the phone and they do not answer I have sent 100 emails and no response really a pity.
