Φυσικα ειμαστε σπίτι και φυσικά ΔΕΝ ΠΕΡΑΣΕ ΚΑΝΕΙΣ. Τους παίρνεις τηλέφωνο κ δεν απαντάνε στα τηλέφωνα. ΟΧΙ κυριοι. Ειστε απαράδεκτοι. Αν δεν μπορειτε να τα παρατησετε.. Θα κανω παραπονα στην ΓΕΡΜΑΝΟΣ που μου στελνει το δεμα, για αυτη την σταση σας . They sent me a message that an attempt had been made to deliver a parcel. In the meantime. quarantine speech we can't go anywhere. Of course we are home and of course NO ONE PASSED. You call them and they don't answer the phones. NO gentlemen. You are unacceptable. Ο κουριερ δε τηλεφώνησε ΠΟΤΕ, ενώ υπήρχε σχόλιο στο οποίο αναφερόταν να επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου μόλις έρθει για να παραλάβω το δέμα. Στο κατάστημα δε απαντανε στα τηλέφωνα ούτε με αίτηση... δεν υπάρχουν λόγια να εκφράσω τη δυσαρέσκεια μου! Επαγγελματισμος 0!!! Unacceptable in all respects! The courier NEVER called, and there was a comment in which he referred to contact me as soon as he arrived to pick up the parcel. In the store they did not answer the phones even with a request ... there are no words to express my dissatisfaction! Professionalism 0 !!!
K	Kimon Stavrou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά απαράδεκτοι. Ένας κούριερ που δεν χτύπησε ποτέ κουδούνι. Απλά έκανε μια αναπάντητη. Τον κάλεσα πίσω σε 2 λεπτά και δεν απαντούσε. Όταν θυμήθηκε να απαντήσει είπε πως άφησε ειδοποίηση. Καλώ στο σταθερό για να κανονίσω νέα παράδοση και δεν απαντά κανείς. Αποφύγετε το. Just unacceptable. A courier who never rang the bell. He just did an unanswered one. I called him back in 2 minutes and he did not answer. When he remembered to answer he said that he left a notice. I call the landline to arrange a new delivery and no one answers. Avoid it.

A	Akis Liokos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ. Έστειλαν απλά στο viber ότι έγινε απόπειρα παράδοσης χωρίς να έρθουν ποτέ. Δεν άφησαν καν ειδοποιητήριο. τους καλώ μια μέρα και δεν το σηκώνουν. UNACCEPTABLE. They just sent on viber that a delivery attempt was made without ever coming. They did not even leave a notice. I call them one day and they do not pick it up.
T	TF GALAXY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tracked my item and the status was "ADDRESSEE CANNOT BE LOCATED" while I was all day home due to COVID. There was no notification left and none called us to notify about the package even though there was my mobile number on the package. I went there to get my item and I asked why they did not bother to notify us. I got nothing but vague responses but I understand that it is not the employee's responsibility to apologise for the super lazy person that handles delivery. On top of that the place is a mess. There are packages literally everywhere on the floor, even outside and it is just a blunt chaos where everyone can drop by and even grab a package and go without anyone noticing. I would hardly recommend it because values like quality of service and responsibility are things that are yet to be discovered in this place.
