E	Eleytheria Douka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάτι μικρα μαγαζάκια της γειτονιάς είναι πιο οργανωμένα από τα υποτιθέμενα "ΕΛ.ΤΑ". Περισσοτερο τσιφλίκι θυμίζει, παρά δημοσια υπηρεσία. Δεν ξέρω αν φταίει το σύστημα ή τα άτομα που δουλεύουν εκεί. Δεν έχει καμία λογική, να αλλάζει ένας αριθμός κάθε 5-10 λεπτά, τη στιγμή που εξυπηρετούν 3 υπάλληλοι. Κάποιος κακοπροαιρετος θα έλεγε ότι θέλουν να δημιουργούν αναγκαστικά ουρές στο πεζοδρόμιο. Οι λογοι; Πολλούς θα σκεφτόμουν....αλλά δεν είμαι κακοπροαιρετη. Some small shops in the neighborhood are more organized than the supposed "ELTA". More reminiscent of tsifliki, than public service. I do not know if it is the fault of the system or the people who work there. It makes no sense to change a number every 5-10 minutes, while serving 3 employees. Someone with malice would say that they want to create queues on the sidewalk. The reasons; I would think of many ... but I am not ill-intentioned.

b	barış tandoğan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How slow this whole process works is amazing. It is like you are at a consulate building waiting for a visa interview. The only difference is this is a post office. It shouldnt be this slow.
V	Valeriia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does it take one week to deliver a parcel within Athens? My parcel arrived to their facilities on 15th of January and only on 22nd they tried to deliver it to me. I stayed at home all day waiting for the parcel and no one came, I didn't received any calls either. In the evening I got the message that there was an attempted delivery and to choose new dates I had to call the provided number. I called them and explained the situation and they said that I can choose other date for delivery but not tomorrow or I can take the parcel myself. I think they didn't even try to deliver it to my home because I literally was at home all day and didn't hear a bell ring nor knock on a door neither received a phone call. I think they are doing this on purpose so people would take the parcels from their office. Delivery was about 20$ and it took almost 3 weeks to get the parcel from UK. This is ridiculous!
