I	Iris Niki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Περίμενα 45' μες το κρύο με ένα μωρό 50ημερων εν μέσω κορωνοιου, για να στείλω ένα επείγον δέμα. Όταν έφτασε η σειρά μου η ξανθιά κυρία με το καμμένο μαλλί στο ταμείο, μου ανακοίνωσε ότι μέχρι τον κύριο μπροστά μου θα εξυπηρετήσουν! Μου είπε να φύγω και δεν πρόκειται να με εξυπηρετήσει. Όταν της εξήγησα ότι δεν μπορώ να έρθω άλλη μέρα λόγω μωρού και δεν έχω κανέναν να το κρατήσει, δεν την ένοιαξε καθόλου!! Μου είπε ότι το δεμα μου δεν θα φύγει σήμερα ούτως ή άλλως. Ντροπή της πραγματικά! Εννοείται πως όταν κλείδωσαν την πόρτα δεν έφυγα. Πήγα στην διπλανή κυρία που ήταν ΆΝΘΡΩΠΟΣ και με εξυπηρετησε. Γιατί υπάρχουν ακόμα τέτοιοι άνθρωποι στις υπηρεσίες των πολιτών;! 0 ανθρωπιά! Ένα αστεράκι μόνο για την διπλανή κυρία! I waited 45 minutes in the cold with a 50-day-old baby in the middle of a coronation to send an urgent parcel. When it was my turn, the blonde lady with the burnt hair at the checkout announced to me that they would serve until the gentleman in front of me! He told me to leave and he was not going to serve me. When I explained to her that I can not come another day because of a baby and I have no one to hold it, she did not care at all !! He told me that my parcel will not leave today anyway. Shame on her! Of course, when they locked the door, I did not leave. I went to the lady next door who was a HUMAN and she served me. Why are there still such people in the services of the citizens ?! 0 humanity! A star only for the lady next door!
k	k e on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρεια στηκε να εξυπηρετηθω για μια παραλαβή από το εξωτερικό που όμως δεν υπήρχε ολόκληρο το ονομα μόνο τα αρχικά κ είχα γράψει λάθος το τηλ. Αρχικά πηγε ο σύζυγος μου να το παραλάβει με την ειδοποίηση που άφησαν κ του είπαν ότι λόγω των στοιχειων το δέμα γύρισε πίσω. Στο τηλ που πήρα η ίδια η κοπέλα έκανε κάθε δυνατή προσπάθεια να με εξυπηρετήσει, παραδέχθηκε ότι το δέμα ήταν ακόμη σε αυτούς κ στο τέλος βρήκαμε τρόπο να ταυτοποιησουμε ότι εγώ είμαι η παραλήπτης κ να πήγαινα να το πάρω. Όταν πήγα 2 από τις 3 κυρίες ήταν ευγενέστατες κ εξυπητετικοτατες. Μάλιστα τις ενημέρωσα ότι ένα ακόμη δέμα με τα ίδια στοιχεία θα ερχόταν κ να μην το στείλουν πίσω. Πράγματι όταν ήρθε θυμόταν την περίπτωση κ με εξυπηρέτησαν. Ειλικρινά τις ευχαριστώ.. Βέβαια από ότι είδα δεν είναι όλοι οι υπάλληλοι το ίδιο ευγενικοί κ εξυπηρετικοί. J	Joe Kerdt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μπορώ να πω ότι μέχρι στιγμής δεν είχα κάποιο παράπονο. Ωστόσο, κατέφθασαν κάποιες παραγγελίες που είχα κάνει από το εξωτερικό. Ήρθα τα ειδοποιητήρια και πήγα στο ταχυδρομείο να παραλάβω την Πέμπτη (25/2/2021) τα δέματά μου. Περίμενα στην ουρά περίπου 2 ώρες. Μπήκα μέσα, τους πηγα τα ειδοποιητήριά μου και μου ζήτησαν να περιμένω στην άκρη μέχρι να τα βρουν και να μου τα φέρουν για να υπογράψω και να φύγω. Περίμενα περίπου 1 ώρα ακόμα. Στο μεταξύ είχαν κρατήσει την ταυτότητά μου για κάποιο λόγο, οπότε δεν μπορούσα να φύγω. Αναγκαστικά περίμενα. Τελικά μου είπαν ότι δεν βρίσκουν τα δέματά μου!!!! Έβγαλαν φωτοτυπία τα ειδοποιητήρια και μου είπαν να φύγω και ότι αν τα έβρισκαν θα με έπαιρναν τηλέφωνο να παω να τα πάρω. Άφησα και το τηλεφωνο μου και όλα κομπλέ. Ήρθε η Παρασκευή και περίμενα τηλεφώνημα για ό,τι νεότερο. Δεν με πήραν ποτέ. Σαββατοκύριακο, κλειστά. Σήμερα, Δευτέρα, παίρνω απανωτά τηλέφωνα εδώ και 45' και δεν έχει απαντήσει κανένας. Αν τα δέματά μου έχουν χαθεί μέσα στο ταχυδρομείο (που προφανώς για να ήρθαν ειδοποιητήρια είχαν φτάσει στο ταχυδρομείο), τι μπορώ να κάνω σε αυτή την περίπτωση; Γιατί κάποια από αυτά που περίμενα δεν ήταν φθηνά και τα έχω ήδη πληρώσει μέσω κάρτας. Τι να πω, ντροπή μόνο. Απαράδεκτοι το λιγότερο!!! UPDATE: ΤΟ ΣΗΚΩΣΑΝ ΑΔΕΡΦΙΑ!!! Τα βρηκαν τελικά. Απλά ξέχασαν να με ειδοποιήσουν. Τόσο απλα. Έλεος. I can say that so far I have not had any complaints. However, some orders I had received from abroad arrived. I came to the notices and went to the post office to pick up my parcels on Thursday (25/2/2021). I waited in line for about 2 hours. I went in, gave them my notices and they asked me to wait on the sidelines until they found them and brought them to me to sign and leave. I waited about 1 hour more. In the meantime they had kept my ID for some reason, so I could not leave. I had to wait. Finally they told me that they do not find my parcels !!!! They took a photocopy of the notices and told me to leave and that if they found them they would call me to go get them. I left my phone and everything complete. Friday came and I was waiting for a phone call for the latest. They never took me. Weekend, closed. Today, Monday, I have been receiving calls for 45 minutes and no one has answered. If my parcels have been lost in the post office (which apparently arrived at the post office to receive notices), what can I do in this case? Because some of what I was expecting were not cheap and I have already paid for them by card. What can I say, shame only. Unacceptable at least !!! UPDATE: THEY BROUGHT IT !!! They finally found them. They just forgot to notify me. So simple. Mercy.
G	Giorgos Frantzeskakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα από τα χειρότερα καταστήματα των, έτσι κι αλλιώς, εντελώς απαξιωμένων ΕΛΤΑ. Σταθερά ΕΝΑΣ υπάλληλος και είκοσι πελάτες στην αναμονή, η ωρίτσα χασομέρι ΕΞΩ από το κατάστημα (γιατί έχουμε και κορόνα) είναι στανταράκι. Ας βρει κάποιος το θάρρος να κλείσει αυτό το άθλιο μαγαζί. Ούτε καν ανταγωνιστικές τιμές δεν έχει… Μείον πέντε αστέρια. One of the worst stores of, anyway, completely discredited ELTA. Constantly ONE employee and twenty customers waiting, the oritsa hasomeri OUTSIDE the store (because we also have a crown) is a standard. Let one find the courage to close this miserable shop. It does not even have competitive prices… Minus five stars.
Μ	ΜΑΙΡΗ ΜΑΥΡΙΔΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τους τελευταίους τουλάχιστον 6 μήνες ο ταχυδρόμος στις οδούς Σημαντήρα & Καλλάρη έχει δημιουργήσει προβλήματα . Αρχικά ξεκίνησε με λογαριασμούς από την απέναντι πλευρά της Καλλάρη που βρίσκαμε γράμματά τους στα δικά μας γραμματοκιβώτια , λάθος που συνέβαινε κατά καιρούς μα επαναλαμβανόμενο . Το αποκορύφωμα & λόγος για μήνυση, ήταν ότι δεν παρέδωσε ουδέποτε λογαριασμούς σε 3 κτήρια πολυκατοικιών! Το ανακαλύψαμε ταυτόχρονα όταν μας ήρθαν οι επόμενοι λογαριασμοί ληγμένοι μόλις προχθές ενώ έδειχναν παράδοση στα ΕΛΤΑ 14/2 !!! Μέχρι να καταλάβουμε τί συμβαίνει με τους λογαριασμούς διαπληκτισμοί υπήρξαν με τις αντίστοιχες δημόσιες/ ιδιοτικές υπηρεσίες που μας στέλνουν πλέον τα αποδεικτικά για να αποδείξουν ότι δεν είναι ελέφαντες. Και όλοι αυτοί οι μήνες ταλαιπωρίας για ποιόν λόγο?! Δεν ξέρει ο ταχυδρόμος να διαβάζει νούμερα και οδούς?! Την επόμενη φορά δεν θα μείνουμε σε μια κριτική στο Google..... For the last at least 6 months, the postman on Simantira & Kallari streets has created problems. Initially it started with accounts on the opposite side of Kallari where we found their letters in our mailboxes, a mistake that happened from time to time but repeated. The highlight & reason for the lawsuit, was that he never handed over bills in 3 apartment buildings! We discovered it at the same time when the next bills came to us, expired just the day before yesterday, while they were showing delivery to ELTA 14/2 !!! Until we understand what is going on with the accounts there have been quarrels with the respective public / private services who now send us the receipts to prove that they are not elephants. And all these months of suffering for what reason ?! Doesn't the postman know how to read numbers and streets ?! Next time we will not dwell on a Google review .....
