HRS S.A. is the parent company of the group and was established in 1983 by George Tsanis and is authorized by the Greek Authorities and the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) to act as an Accounting Authority in order to settle maritime radio communications accounts. Also the company offers services related to satellite communications through the International Maritime Satellite Organization (Inmarsat).

The Company is a producer, service provider and distributor of telecommunication services in the shipping industry.

C	Chrysa B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι Η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών είναι ότ,χειρότερο έχω συναντήσει., Οποιο πρόβλημα και να τους πεις σου λένε πάρτε στη vodafone, με πολύ απότομο τρόπο κιόλας.Βαριουνται να μιλήσουν.Παιρνεις στη vodafone και σου λένε πάρτε στις ραδιουπηρεσιες.Ξαναπαιρνεις στους ίδιους γίνεσαι μπαλάκι και αφού ρίξεις ένα γερό βρισιδι ξαφνικά σου λένε κάντε γραπτό αίτημα να το εξετάσουμε. Ούτε στη Βασίλισσα της Αγγλίας να απευθυνομασταν. Απλά απαράδεκτοι. Unacceptable Customer service is the worst I've ever met. Whatever problem they tell you get to vodafone, in a very steep way. They are bored to talk. You go to vodafone and they tell you to go to the radio service. You go to the same you become a ball and when you throw a heavy breeze suddenly tell you write a request to look at it. Neither did the Queen of England be called. Simply unacceptable.
h	hair nails on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι απαράδεκτη εταιρία κ η εξυπηρετήση από τους περισσότερους υπαλλήλους απαράδεκτοι! Δεν στέλνουν λογαριασμό στην ώρα τους κ κάνουν κ διακοπές χωρίς ενημέρωση!! Ουσιαστικά έχεις τηλέφωνο για 5 μέρες μόνο κ πληρώνεις για ολόκληρο το μήνα απαράδεκτο δεν την συστήνω σε κανέναν!! It is an unacceptable company and the service of most employees unacceptable! They do not send an account on time and do a holiday without updating !! You actually have a phone for 5 days only pay for the whole month unacceptable I do not recommend it to anyone !!
P	Pan Pap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο μου έχουν κόψει το κινητό ενώ το έχω πληρώσει πριν λήξει ο λογαριασμός μετά από πολλά τηλέφωνα και πολλές ώρες αναμονής μου το συνέδεσαν.. Μου έχουν στείλει άλλο ποσό χρέωσης κατά λάθος είπανε, τελικά με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι θα το μειώσουν στο επόμενο λογαριασμό , έχουν περάσει 5 μήνες και ακόμα δεν το έχουν αφαιρέσει. ΣΤΗΝ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΗ είναι πολύ ειρωνικοι και δεν θέλουν να ακούσουν. Απαιτούν να πληρώσω το λάθος ποσό χρέωσης... Απαράδεκτο το 1 αστέρι είναι λίγο κανονικά μείον Unacceptable they have cut off my cellphone and I paid for it before the bill expired after many phones and many hours of waiting for me to connect it .. They sent me another billing amount by mistake they said, they finally assured me that they would reduce it to the next account, they have passed 5 months and still haven't removed it. IN SERVICE they are very ironic and do not want to hear. They require me to pay the wrong billing amount ... Unacceptable 1 star is a bit normal minus
Ε	Ελευθερια Αλτανη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά απαράδεκτοι! Δεν τους βρίσκεις πουθενα εξυπηρέτηση μηδέν! Οι κλήσεις δεν ηχογραφούνται και λένε ότι ότι τους συμφέρει στην παρούσα φάση. Είπαν θα μας ενημερώσουν για την λάθος χρέωση κκαι αυτοί μας Εκοψαν το τηλέφωνο και μας λέγαν πληρωστε. Πληρώσαμε και δεν τους βρήσκαμε για να ανοίξουν τις γραμμές και όταν τους βρήκαμε λένε ότι ενημέρωσαν την Vodafone για να ανοίξουν τις γραμμές αλλά δεν το κάνανε. Περνάμε την Vodafone λέγανε δεν έχουν καμία δουλειά... αστα τι να λέμε τώρα 3 επαγγελματικά τηλ να μην δουλεύουν για δικό τους λάθος και να γίνεται χαμός. Και υπεύθυνος πουθεναααα μια μιλάς με Λογιστρια μια με την εξυπηρέτηση μια με αυτή για τα συμβόλαια και άντε να βγάλεις άκρη Simply unacceptable! You can not find any service for them! The calls are not recorded and they say they are in their best interests at this stage. They said they would tell us about the wrong charge, and they ourselves cut off the phone and told us to pay. Εταιρία ανεύθυνων που ο ένας μεταφέρει το ζήτημα στον άλλο, και ποτέ τίποτα δεν διεκπεραιώνεται. Η απάντηση ειναι πάντα η ίδια «εχουμε στείλει το ερώτημα σας στον υπέυθυνο και θα επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί σας». Και περίμενε....Λάθη, επιπλέον χρέωσεις... τραγική εμπειρία. Really the worst customer service you can come across. An irresponsible company that transfers the matter to the other, and never gets anything done. The answer is always the same "we have sent your question to the person responsible and we will contact you". And wait ... Errors, extra charges ... tragic experience.

Άλλες τιμες σου λένε άλλα ποσά σου στέλνουν. Κλείνουν τοις γραμμές όποτε γουστάρουμε και δεν σε προειδοποιούν ούτε σε ενημερώνουν για τίποτα. Αυτούς τους μήνες που με ταλαίπωρου γνώρισα Πολλά άτομα που έχουν το ίδιο πρόβλημα με εμένα. Η λύση είναι μια κάλεσα την ΕΕΤΤ. It is unacceptable to have this company. E	Eleni stasi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με το τμήμα , απάντησε μια κυρία η οποία το μόνο που κατάφερε ήταν όχι να μου λύση το πρόβλημα αλλά να με εκνευρίσει σε σημείο να θέλω να φύγω από την εταιρεία , 9 ημέρες και μου ήλθε μήνυμα ότι τελείωσαν τα δεδομένα μου 6 GB κάτι που συμβαίνει 2 φορά στα τόσα χρόνια , επίσης να τονίσω δεν άλλαξε τίποτα από την χρήση του τηλεφώνου μου μέχρι σήμερα , τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας …. After a phone call with the department, a lady answered who only managed not to solve my problem but to irritate me to the point that I want to leave the company, 9 days and I received a message that my data is over 6 GB something that happens 2 times in so many years, also to emphasize nothing has changed from the use of my phone until today, the conclusions are yours….
