★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at a Green Key hotel on Santorini/Thira and were very impressed with the conservation efforts. Nowhere else on the island did we see such sustainability practices being implemented, but hopefully it catches on. We will start staying at only Green Key hotels from now on! ?
