M	Miruna Posadă Tița on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartament was good, but the rooms are small. My mum forgot her bag with importants documents in the wardrobe’s room and the receptionist didn’t answer us and blocked my number. After many hours his coleg answered us but didn’t find the bag. I think when I said them about the bag they thought that there was money,but there were only documents for BANKS. In conclusion they are thieves and don’t go there because if you will forget something they don’t give it back and one more thing. In one day when I arrived at the apartment I went with the lift and this blocked. I’m afraid of small places and I panicked very much. When I press the ring nobody helped me and my parents and when I went down the receptionists watched on the phone. I stayed there 4 night and nobody came to make clean. I don’t recommend you this apartment!!!!!!

I was in room 403 last night and I continued with my reservation today but she refused to give me my same room and vindictively moved me down to the lowest 1st floor and giving me the smallest nosiest room! She’s a compulsive Liar and vehemently lied that there are no more rooms available and I cannot keep my room. Even though I have booked the same room type, it cannot get through her numbskull! She argued strenuously and obstinately with me and insisting that I cancel my reservation! She baited me to give her a good review complimenting her the last visit and when I did not; this was her payback to me by being vindictive, mean and vicious! I seriously don’t recommend this place with such disgusting and obnoxiously impertinent staff like Peggy! Eric Room 403.

They respond with "we will be waiting for you" Once we arrive, we find out they rented out the apartment. They do not know the solution and can not offer any. Never seen such disasterous service. Keep away!

Check in was easy and they were happy to look after our bags (we were 3h early). They were happy to give me a call when the apartment was ready, which was very helpful. The apartment was immaculately cleaned as well as spacious, well equipped and quiet. Only about 5-10 mins walk from Syntagma and would definitely stay here again. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The floor was dirty and the shower had stains on the floor and definitely did not look clean like on the pictures. They dared to tell me that it was fine and nothing was wrong with it. I wasn’t going to stay in a dirty hotel so I said that I wanted a refund they said fine and that I had to arrange it with Booking. I now have to pay the full amount anyway without having stayed there. I highly suggest staying somewhere else like we did.
M	Michael Tjioeputra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was afraid because of the google review but by the time i am checking in there, the receptionist lady was very friendly and nice. They explained everything clearly with lots of smile. I stayed for 2 days at 2 beds apartment. The room is clean, very modern and new. The kitchen is fully equipped, the only thing that is missing is a microwave. Toilet is very clean, bedroom is comfy. Nothing to complain here ! Location is superb and fantastic ! surrounded by lot of restaurants, cafes, etc. at night the music from outside might be quite loud. but from your bedroom, you barely can’t hear anything. I would love to stay here again :)
