★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το σπήλαιο δεν είναι πλέον ανοιχτό στο κοινό γιατί πολλοί "πανέξυπνοι" το βανδαλήσαν ή έπαθαν σοβαρά ατυχήματα στην προσέγγιση τους. Πλέον θέλει επίσημα συνοδεία σπηλαιολόγων , μας είπαν κυρίως τον Αύγουστο.
Επίσης θέλει σοβαρό εξοπλισμό γιατί η πορεία ενέχει κινδύνους. Προσπαθήσαμε να πάμε με GPS χωρίς να τα ξέρουμε όλα αυτά και φάγαμε τα πόδια μας και το χρόνο μας.
Για την εμπειρία του περπατήματος και μόνο βάζω 3 αστέρια , καθώς η περιοχή το αξίζει.

It also requires serious equipment because the course involves risks. We tried to go with GPS without knowing all this and we ate our feet and our time.
For the walking experience I only put 3 stars, as the area is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική η διαδρομή για να φτάσετε στο σπήλαιο του Ερμή απο άποψη φύσης ! Κακοτράχαλος δρόμος με πολλές πέτρες! Εαν διαθέτετε 4Χ4 ή SUV μπορείτε να ανέβετε μέχρι επάνω στην κορυφή, ευθεία απο την ξύλινη πινακίδα των 1680m προς σπήλαιο, εχει ενα μικρό πλάτωμα, ακολουθήστε το gps και θα το βρείτε πίσω απο την πεσμένη ξύλινη πινακίδα των 1700m όπου έχει ενα μικρό μονοπάτι! Καλό θα είναι να έρθετε προετοιμασμενοι και να έχετε οπωσδήποτε φακό, δεν φτάνει του κινητού! Έχει ενα σκοινί το οποίο βοηθάει να κατεβείτε λιγα μέτρα αλλά πάντα με προσοχή και ποτέ μόνοι σας, είναι πολύ επικίνδυνο και γλιστράει!
Excellent route to reach the cave of Hermes in terms of nature! Rugged road with many stones! If you have a 4x4 or SUV you can go up to the top, straight from the wooden sign of 1680m to the cave, it has a small plateau, follow the gps and you will find it behind the fallen wooden sign of 1700m where it has a small path! It will be good to come prepared and definitely have a flashlight, it is not enough for the mobile phone! It has a rope that helps you go down a few meters but always carefully and never alone, it is very dangerous and slips!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so easy to find, since there are no signs to show where the entrance of the cave is. There is a dificult small path you should take to get you there but only for about a 15 minute walk. You need special equipment to enter the cave since there is a rope, but only for the first 8-10 meters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cave entrance is hidden behind the ridge along the main path. Once you reach the derelict signs (first photo of this review) a well defined path starts twisting down for about 50 meters.
As others have mentioned, this is not a touristy cave. No signs, steps, light or anything.
Bring a good headlamp, good hiking shoes and clothes for crawling.
There are some ropes from the entrance going inside, but it is walkable.
