Μεραρχία η οποία ανατινάχθηκε κατά τους πολέμους 1912 – 1913 από
τους Βουλγάρους. Εν συνεχεία την δεκαετία 1919 – 1929 τοποθετήθηκε το σημερινό υπάρχον μνημείο το οποίο είναι έργο του γλύπτη Γεωργίου Δημητριάδη το οποίο ανατινάχτηκε στις 3 Ιανουαρίου 1943 από τους Βουλγάρους και το οποίο αναστηλώθηκε το 1973 μερίμνη του Δήμου Σερρών.
The first column on the pedestal was placed from the 6th
Division which was blown up during the wars 1912 - 1913 by
the Bulgarians. Then in the decade 1919 - 1929 was placed the current existing monument which is the work of the sculptor Georgios Dimitriadis which was blown up on January 3, 1943 by the Bulgarians and which was restored in 1973 by the Municipality of Serres.
