Horrible customer service experience. Why does everything and I mean Everything in this company have to be so slow....I applied in April..We are heading towards the end of June and still no bill..not a single bill! Take the worst electricity company in England they still manage to send the bill on time.. this is ridiciculous...Def going for another company!!

Used to like dealing with Heron until summer 2020 when bills started being issued on different dates every month until September when no bills issued at all! The bill finally came in over two weeks late. In the meantime they have stopped meter input by customers according to wthe system until January 2021 which means we will get two estimated bills. No explanation as to why they have done this, it will be interesting to see how big the estimated bills are! In the meantime I'm looking forunacceptable!pplier who keeps customers informed. And here we are again 2021 I shoud have changed provider didn't and my bill for August over 2 weeks late. Time for RAE, ombudsman , as Heron cannot keep to the agreed conditions which is monthly bills not bills when they feel like it! The required information in their system is when September bill will be produced and Heron are not saying what happened to August..Almost ,3 weeks late and the answer is they aren't ready...so so when will they be ready And are Heron falsely going to include September price rises on the late August bills! 21st September still waiting!

September 8th and still no August bill from Heron. They did this last year. Refusing to bill on time so we can plan our finances accordingly. And the excuse is a technical problem, same excuse as this time last year! Can anyone recommend a company that will send me my bills on time Heron can't do it. Update! 14th September still no bill it was paid by the 3rd last month t... This is totally unacceptable... My advice don't t switch to Heron! They really are bad when it comes to customer service! They promised the bill by the 15th and guess what it's the 15th and still no bill!16th no bill how long is this incompetence to continue we had advertisingemails yesterday so the system is up but but the bills, still lost... 17th still no bill and the system is talking about September's bill so what has happened to August! If the system is fixed from its usual September breakdown where, are the bills? 21st still no bill! October 22nd bill due 15th this month and as is, usual the bill is late AGAIN! I wonder what excuse they are using for their repeated incompetence this month!

Tried to switch from DEH to Heron. Very poor customer support. My application was rejected for no reason. Maybe they don't want customers, I don't know!

Unfortunately I have to give an extremely negative experience to Heron Electricity in Athens the client of whom I’ve been for the period of 2019-2021. Never have had any problems with payments from my foreign credit card but the service that I’ve received from Heron not was only unpleasant but also insulting and incurred in some of my financial losses bearing in mind all the stress I have received because of Heron in the last two days, 17-18 of March 2021. I’ve been renting an apartment in Athens and in February I decided to go back to the Netherlands, the country where I came from. I notified the owner of the apartment at Machis Analatou that I’m leaving the flat on March 16. I also sent a signed form to Heron that I’d like my electricity to stop being delivered from 17th of March. In first place I forgot to place ANY date. The form was in Greek and I missed the field for the date of cut off electricity. I received a response from Afroula, a CS of Heron in English where she asked me to put a date in the form. The form was in Greek but she translated everything to me in English. So that made me think that there’s some of working CS In heron. Because of COVID I got problems to fly on 16th of March. I just didn’t know that 15th of March was a day off in Greece and 14th of March was Sunday. It would be too difficult for me to arrange a 72 hour PCR test in order to enter the Netherlands. I paid another amount of money to the owner of the apartment at Machis Analatou 63 to be able to stay there till 31st of March and also on 5th March (on photo) I sent another email to Heron to ask to interrupt electricity on 31st of March. After that I’ve never have heard from Heron. Not about that electricity would be stopped on 17th of March neither on 31st of March. But when I came home on 17th of March, I saw there was no electricity at all. It took me hours of phone calls with Heron. They could not give me any information precisely when I’d be able to get electricity back? It happened around 13.00 on 17th of March and understanding that nothing would change I first paid for 1 Airbnb 17-20 March and after Heron offered me to “make a new contract for an indefinite time and wait up to 4 days for electricity to be reconnected” I had to take another Airbnb till 31st of March. So in these circumstances I lost about 400 euros and wrote an email to Heron asking to reimburse my losses. There were only two answers they gave to me yesterday: 1. Very complicated explanation of how Heron departments work together with public electricity providers (it took maybe 90% of the phone call) 2. “We won’t give you money”, that was a last brutal answer of a Heron CS that made me to hang up. No any excuses were given yesterday not in verbal neither written form. That made me feeling very sad and frustrated.

Very disappointed with this company. Never missed a payment for the electricity and when i decided to put natural gas something happened with my standing order in bank payments. The due amount was 104€ an a lawyer office called me like i was a thief. Βefore transmitting the order to the lawyer office check how consistent are the payments under my VAT number. Shame on you i am really discussed from your approach. If i had a middle finger emoji i would raise it you full of happiness.

I need to contact the customer service because of an inconvenience with the metering - I didnt use the "count yourself" option, cause my landlady had already applied so the property is registered under me, so I assumed Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator would meter appropriately. Oh boy was I wrong. They charged a sum of Kwhs , i think of my previous bill of discharge (the big bill), but with no signs or official writting of metering of the counter. Just some acronyms that I am not familiar if they true and how they calculated and I can't ask them directly about, cause...a)Their lines (which you pay for, they are not free and their call me back service, doesn't apply) are constantly dead after the voicemail, nada, no sign of life. b) The affiliated store's lines, are always busy. c)Their direct free customer service chat is out of order. I also wanted to ask when the next bill will be issued and how is it going to reference, since there is no writing of the signing counter on the previous bill. I have anxiety issues and i don't feel safe with them. I might actually talk with a lawyer about taking some actions, if i see that i am not being serviced. I don't want to be one of the many victims of this review page. For starters there is the Hellenic Consumer's Ombudsman. I don't know if they can actually do something, but i guess its worth a try.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying to contact them for almost a week about my bill. I am trying to understand if they have made an error because the numbers don't add up and I am missing my 45% off consistency discount. So I wrote to 2 emails with all the details and screenshots of my bank payments etc, no answer. I tried to contact their chat all day, they would either leave the chat before answering my question, or give me a confusing response and then leave. I have tried to call but was on hold for 30 minutes when it said the waiting time was only 12 minutes and in the end my call didn't get through. I'm tired, frustrated, and I just want someone to give me a clear answer. The bill parameters don't make any sense and I just want to understand if I'm being overcharged.
