P	Panayotes Papadopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από τότε που ξεκίνησε η cosmote τις εργασίες για οπτικές ίνες - δηλ εδω και ενα χρόνο- συστηματικα σπάνε απο τα τρυπάνια, παλιοι αγωγοί υδροδότησης, οι οποίοι στη συνέχεια αντικαθίστανται απο νέους. Οι νέοι αγωγοί όμως, έχουν διαφορετική αντοχή στη πίεση απο τους παλιούς. Κατα συνέπεια η πίεση απο τη ροη μεταφέρεται στους παλαιότερους και κάποιος επιπλέον αγωγός θα σπάσει. Αποτέλεσμα : Τόνοι καθαρού νερού χάνονται, ολόκληρες γειτονιές μένουν χωρις νερό για 24ωρα και το αυτί κανενός κρατικοδίαιτου δεν φαίνεται να ιδρώνει. Θα μπορούσαν να αντικαταστησουν τμηματικά και κατα περιοχες ολους τους αρχαιους και σάπιους αγωγούς με νέους και σιγα σιγα το πρόβλημα να πάψει (κάτι αντίστοιχο δηλ με αυτό που κάνει ο ΟΤΕ) , αλλά στην νοοτροπία του Έλληνα Δ. Υ αυτό απαιτεί σκεψη, συνέπεια και το χειρότερο... οργάνωση. Το οτι δε σεβόμαστε το στοιχείο εκείνο απο το οποίο αποτελούμαστε κατα 75% δείχνει και το ποιόν του χαρακτήρα μας σαν κρατος. Είστε θλιβεροί. Ever since cosmote started working on fiber optics - that is, for a year now - old water supply pipes have been systematically broken by drills, which are then replaced by new ones. The new pipes, however, have different pressure resistance than the old ones. As a result, the pressure from the flow is transferred to the older ones and some additional pipe will break. Result: Tons of clean water are lost, entire neighborhoods are left without water for 24 hours and the ears of no state dieter seem to sweat. They could partially and regionally replace all the ancient and rotten pipes with new ones and little by little the problem will stop (something similar to what OTE does), but in the mentality of the Greek Board it requires thought, consistency and worse ... organization. The fact that we do not respect the element of which we consist 75% also shows who of our character as a state. You are sad.

P	Phil Stav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το πιο εξευτελιστικο τηλεφωνικο κεντρο, αφου προηγηθεις για 5' στις αυτοματοποιημενες επιλογες κ καταληξεις να αιτηθεις συνδεση με εκπροσωπο, χτυπα ΜΙΑ ΜΟΝΟ ΦΟΡΑ κ σου κοβει την γραμμη λεγωντας οτι ολοι οι εκπροσωποι ειναι κατειλημμενοι, καλεστε αργοτερα! ΝΤΡΟΠΗ, ειναι εξοφθαλμη κοροιδια! The most humiliating call center, after you precede for 5 'in the automated options and end up to request a connection with a representative, I knock ONLY ONCE and cut your line saying that all the representatives are busy, call later! SHAME, it's a blatant joke!

D	Demetris Christopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βάζω 5 αστερια γιατί είχε σπάσει σωλήνας και έτρεχε νερό στον δρόμο που ξεκίνησε βράδυ Παρασκευής.Ενημερωσα το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο (πολύ ευγενικές οι 2 κοπέλες), ήρθε το συνεργείο και το είδε κάτι τις 02.00 ξημερώματα Σαββάτου και μέχρι τις 12.00 μμ της ίδιας μέρας το είχαν φτιάξει. Αν ήταν άλλης νοοτροπίας θα το βλέπανε από Δευτέρα και πάει λέγοντας. Μπράβο! I put 5 stars because a pipe was broken and water was running on the road that started on Friday night. I informed the call center (the 2 girls are very kind), the workshop came and saw something at 02.00 on Saturday morning and until 12.00 pm on the same day they had it fix. If it was of a different mentality they would see it from Monday and so on. Well done!
