C	Chris V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το προσωπικό που δουλεύει κάνει πολύ καλά τη δουλειά του και προσπαθούν να εξυπηρετήσουν οπότε χρειαστεί. Οι τιμές είναι όπως σε όλα τα σημεία ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων. The staff who work do their job very well and try to serve when needed. Prices are the same as in all car rental points.
A	Antonis Papadakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αυτοκίνητο σε καλή κατάσταση, καλή εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό, αλλά υπερβολική χρέωση για παράδοση σε άλλον σταθμό από εκείνον της παραλαβής. Λόγω κακοκαιρίας και ματαίωσης πτήσεων, αναγκάστηκα να παραδώσω σε άλλο σταθμό και χρεώθηκα με επί πλέον 90€. Νοικιάζω συχνά στην Μ. Βρετανία από Hertz (έχω τα προνόμια του Gold Plus Membership) αλλά και από άλλες εταιρείες και συχνά παραδίδω σε άλλο σταθμό με μέγιστη χρέωση 35£ (38,5€). Θεωρώ υπερβολική την χρέωση των 90€. Car in good condition, good service from the staff, but excessive charge for delivery to another station than the one of receipt. Due to bad weather and cancellation of flights, I had to deliver to another station and was charged with an additional 90 €. I often rent in the UK from Hertz (I have the privileges of Gold Plus Membership) but also from other companies and I often deliver to another station with a maximum charge of 35 £ (€ 38.5). I consider the charge of 90 € excessive.
T	Teo Savv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μπραβο στην εταιρία για την άμεση εξυπηρετηση και εύρεση αυτοκινήτου έπαθα ζημιά από χαλάζι και κυριακάτικα απάντησαν σε μνμ ασφαλιστικής εταιρίας για εύρεση,πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό και φιλικό φυσικά.Το αμάξι ήταν σε καλή κατάσταση νέο μοντέλο.Μπραβο στο προσωπικό του καταστήματος ειδικά στον Αντώνη (ήταν ο υπεύθυνος για το αμάξι μου)π το παιδί ότι ώρα και να τον πάρεις τηλ για οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα σε απαντούσε ήταν δεν ήταν στην εργασία του.Γενικός Μπραβο και πάλι στην εταιρία και σε όλα τα παιδιά άντρες γυναίκες εκεί μέσα για όλες τις παροχές π έχουν.Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα…!!!! Well done to the company for the immediate service and finding a car, I was damaged by hail and on Sunday they responded to the insurance company for finding, very kind staff and friendly of course. The car was in good condition new model. Well done to the store staff especially to Antonis (it was the person in charge of my car) the child that time and to call him for any problem he was answering was not at his job. General Bravo again in the company and to all the children men and women in there for all the benefits .I highly recommend it… !!!!
N	Non Verbatim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απογοητευτική η εμπειρία, κάναμε κρατηση αλλο αμάξι μας δώσανε άλλο αμάξι όταν φτάσαμε κ μάλιστα η κυρία στο γκισέ να επιμένει ότι δεν έχουν διαφορά. Το αμάξι που μας έδωσαν είχε πολύ χαμηλό προφυλακτήρα κ δύσκολο στο χειρισμό με αποτέλεσμα να μη ξεκινάει όταν παρκάραμε σε μια στάση. Πήραμε τηλ τον μηχανικό κ μας είπε: "α ναι ξέρετε αυτό το αμάξι έχει μια ιδιαιτερότητα πρέπει το αμπργιαζ να το πατάτε μέχρι κάτω αλλιώς δεν ξεκινάει "άραγε αν μέναμε στην Αττική οδό στη μέση του δρόμου κ μας στουκαρε κάνεις με κίνδυνο τη ζωή μας τι θα γινόταν;θα μας λέγανε εσείς φταίτε πληρώστε κ από πάνω. Αυτό με το να κλείνουμε ονλαιν συγκεκριμένο αμάξι με συγκεκριμένες προδιαγραφές κ να μας δίνουν άλλο που "Έλα μωρέ το ίδιο είναι" μας έχει ξανατυχει με την ίδια εταιρεία. Ε λοιπόν δεν θα σας ξαναπροτιμησουμε! Δεν είστε σοβαρή επιχείρηση. Άντε γεια Disappointing experience, we booked another car, they gave us another car when we arrived and in fact the lady at the counter insisted that there was no difference. The car they gave us had a very low bumper and difficult to handle so it did not start when we parked at a stop. We called the mechanic and he told us: "yes, you know this car has a peculiarity, you have to push the brake all the way down, otherwise it does not start". would it be done? they would tell us you are to blame, pay from above. This by booking a specific car online with specific specifications and giving us something else that "Come on baby is the same" has happened to us again with the same company. Well, we will not prefer you again! You are not a serious business. Goodbye
