S	Simon Buck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are thieves! we had a near new car with no marks on it the car was fine and we had no issues whilest driving it. When we returned it the man who inspected the car walked around it and could see there was no damage and then went straight to the drivers side and looked under and said ooooh you have dented it. Next to the wheel jack point there was a dent which looked like someone had put the jack in the wrong spot when trying to change a tire and left a mark. We were charged 230 Euros for the dent. If you are accused of something like this do not sign anything they tell you to sign. You credit card company will charge back the payment if you do not sign anything to admit the damage. I challenged this but they had already asked me to make a statement on a document in greek stating that I had not caused the damage in order to appeal against it . This was a trick and in doing so I signed a document that said I was responsible and therfore liable. I will never rent from Hertz again, there are too many other choises out there.

When we got here both credit cards did not work and so we were forced to make an extra insurance for full coverage! During the week our car was damaged by unknowns, but we did not worry having the full insurance. When we returned the car first they wanted us to pat for missing fuel, but then, after we checked together, suddenly they found the missing fuel! Then they charged for extra taxes despite the full cover insurance, and they found extra damages, that, after checking together, disappeared again! Then the surprise, wheels are not covered by the full insurance and we had to pay for a new tyre, that we did not check at the beginning, so we could not say anything about the damage on it! Last but not least, the tyre costed 280 euros!!!!! Never Hertz again!!!! Cheaters
D	Dr Colin Tomlinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rudest, most ignorant female individual that I have ever had the misfortune to meet, actually threatened me, would not provide documentation in English, demanding I sign a Greek version, told me she would keep my deposit in totality due to minor damage which was nothing to do with me if I did not sign. Refused to provide previous car rental agreement… etc DO NOT RENT FROM THIS OUTLET…

Staff is super friendly and willing to go the extra mile, customer focused and fast to answer any of your questions. Returning the car rental went very smooth with no time lost, straight to check in. Looking forward to my next rental car at Preveza airport.

(Thanks again!) when I arrived it was clear they were working with not enough people, all of them stay friendly and in a good mood. Nice way to start and end your holiday!
