★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sorry to have to post a bad review but I do need to warn people about the service they might receive... I hired a car in August via Europcar (who share premises with Kaparent). The office had made a mistake on my booking- which I had prepaid 8 months earlier - and cancelled it, and made me pay €200 extra to hire the same car from Kapa as a walk-in. The man at the counter wasnt the least bit sorry - just shrugged. It gets worse - over two months after returning the car with no problems I still have not had my €500 deposit back. I have rung and emailed and each time they have promised it will be repaid. But nothing. So I will keep posting reviews weekly until they do. Sorry to the two other chaps who worked there who were lovely and dont deserve this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I have negative feedback about Kaparent. We needed a car for two days, to take in Preveza and return in Lefkas. We found such an option at Kaparent, and they confirmed that we could take and return the car in different places. At first they said they would deliver the car at 10 am instead of 9 am; then the driver was trying to find our address though it was quite clear. We agreed that we had to return the car by 6 pm in Lefkas next day. When we came at 5.45 pm the office was closed and the mobile phone indicated on the paper was inactive. It took more than 30 minutes to find out their relevant phone number in a local a tourist information office. Finally we did it, however the manager of the car rental said they could accept the car only next morning at 10 am. It was unacceptable for as because we planned to sail away at 8 am. They company didn't allow us to leave the car near the office and said they would charge extra fee if their manager would come 'out of their business hours'. Half an hour more we spent discussing the problem by phone, and finally their representative came to take the car. Conclusion: miserable service, irresponsible managers of Kaparent. Can give just one star and strongly not recommend that car rental.
