★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely not satisfied I booked the car with GPS and paid 30 euros and upon receiving the car the employee told me that there was no GPS and upon delivery they deducted 20 euros I don't know why and I had left the insurance 350 euros it arrived at my store only 270 euros later

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called Hertz and booked a car for a trip the next day. I told them on the phone we are a family and we will be needing a toddler seat.
Upon arrival at their office the next day, and asking about it, they informed us that they have no record of the request. The employee pointedly showed us his computer screen when no such request was apparently recorded, and insisted we never told them.
They then informed us that it will take some time for them to bring a child's seat from another office. We left and booked another car elsewhere, in frustration. The whole thing caused us to leave a few hours later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ since we were staying at the Hilton we went to the car from this location and it was super fast and easy. The woman who assisted us spoke perfect English. She was also very friendly and professional. Super quick service and we were in the car within minutes of getting there. A+.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really dissapointing experience. I am explaining myself Further. I Booked a car for a Day and a gave a guarantee of 350 euros. No one explained to me that if i do more than 260 km they Will charge me extra Money as they did (342,19) . Its in the contract yes it is! But they had to explained it to me as they said i have to bring it Back with full tank .
Sorry but never Again Hertz .
