★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented twice, and they offer fair prices, and the cars are nice quality. Unfortunately, when I rented the second time, they delivered my car 2 hours late, and I had to keep calling in order to actually receive the delivery. Once they arrived, I suggested that the 15 euro delivery fee should have been removed since they delivered the car 2 hours late. The delivery lady got very indignant and started giving a laundry list of excuses. I told her I didn't care about her story, and she mindlessly rebutted that she didn't care about my story. In the end, she did not remove the delivery fee. The cars work, but I won't rent from Modi again because of this agent. She should learn more about the basic business concept of customer acquisition. It's better to have a return customer rather than squeeze as much out of someone once.
