Μία πανέμορφη βίλα χτισμένη σε μία πλαγιά στον κόλπο της Επισκοπής με εκπληκτική θέα στον κόλπο αυτό και στην παραλία της Κολώνας. Χτισμένη με πολύ μεράκι και διακοσμημένη με κέφι, με πολλά παράθυρα και ανοίγματα γύρω γύρω ώστε να εκμεταλλεύεται πλήρως τον άνεμο και τα μελτέμια των Κυκλάδων, καθιστά τη διαμονή μοναδική. Με πολύ άνετους χώρους, υπνοδωμάτια, σαλόνι,μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη σχεδόν επαγγελματικά κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία, είσοδο, ένα πολύ μεγάλο, φωτεινό και ωραίο μπάνιο, και ωραίες φαρδιές μεγάλες βεράντες με ξύλινα τραπέζια και ξυλινες καρέκλες για το πρωινό και μετά το απόγευμα για τη Δύση του ηλίου που είναι μοναδική από αυτήν την πλευρά του νησιού! Το όλο κτίσμα είναι χαρακτηριστικό της κυκλαδίτικης αρχιτεκτονικής, με πολύ ενδιαφέροντα στοιχεία. Καθαριότητα παντού και επιμέλεια σε όλα, σεντόνια και πετσέτες μοσχοβολιστές! Και το πιο σημαντικό από όλα, το ζεστό καλωσόρισμα και η βοήθεια σε ότι χρειαστείς από την ιδιοκτήτρια του σπιτιού , την Κα Λιάνα... μια πραγματική Κυρία. Έτοιμη και πρόσχαρη να σε βοηθήσει ανα πάσα ώρα και στιγμή. Πάντα με το χαμόγελο και το χιούμορ της να σου θυμίζει ότι η ζωή είναι ωραία... Σάς ευχαριστούμε Κυρία Λιάνα! A beautiful villa built on the hillside of Episkopi bay, having an amazing view of this bay and the Kolona beach. Built in a modern way, yet with all these traditional features of the Cycladic architecture that make it unique from every aspect. Many openings and smaller or bigger windows all around, take full advantage of the even lowest speed winds, thus circulating the air inside the house in a very pleasant way! A truly bio-climatic building! Spacious inside, with big bedrooms, a nice entrance, a large pleasant living room, a very nice dining area, a fully equipped almost professional kitchen, and a big full with natural ventilation-light bathroom! Not to mention about the verandas with the wooden exterior furniture overlooking the bay and the Aegean Sea with the Cyclades, that make the view both during morning having breakfast there or during late afternoon-early evening, eating your water Mellon, unique from this side of the island! Cleanliness everywhere and well taken care of all details of the house, with freshly aromatic very good quality towels and bedsheets. And most important of all, the warm welcoming and the help in whatever you can be in need of, from the house owner, Mrs Liana....a true Lady. Always ready and eager to help you, explain to you things about the house or the island, with a huge smile and a kind-hearted humor, just to remind you that La vita e Bella! Thank you Mrs Liana!

Positive: Everything. Great view and great place.. Negative: Nothing..

Positive: Amazing facilities, the property is excellent equipped, the view from the terrace is stunning and the staff is friendly . I can’t find the right words to describe how amazing was the hospitality.. Negative: A short part of the road is in bad condition , should be improved but still not a problem to drive to property.

Amazing and infinite view, very comfortable for 5-6 people, well equipped. I would suggest to have one more bathroom & to fix the entrance road so that it is easier to reach the villa by a “normal” car.
