★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a transfer to Fira and was taken on a bus that went all around the island before getting to the destination. More or less the same price as taking a taxi. Be careful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a trip by shuttle bus to Kamari for 2 people we were charged 30 euro and this 10 km ride was finished in an hour (!), as we were the last two tourists to be taken to our hotel, we were waiting for 20 min in a bus until they found more customers. Wouldn't recommend at all! Better take a local bus to Fira (2 eur/person) and then a bus to Kamari (1,6 euro/person)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I booked a taxi to the airport. They assured me that the taxi would arrive and I could call their number if there was a problem. They made me pay by cash in advance 60 euros. No one ever showed up. I called the driver multiple times and the company, but no one answered. I found another ride in town to get to the airport, which only cost 20 euros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As soon as you hear “there are only 39 taxis on this island,” get out of there. They only focus on getting your money and couldn’t care less about giving the proper service that they promise.
My trip from the port to Fira ended up being 60 minutes long, 15 minutes waiting at the port and 45 minutes journey time to Fira. I ended up being whisked onto a minibus with 15 other people, some of them staying in completely opposite direction (Kamari).
When I took a journey back from Fira Bus Station to the Port, the journey took only 25 minutes. Imagine that: the public bus is quicker than the express service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware!!!! Do not give your hard earned money to this company! All they care is to take your money. We were offered a mini bus for 50 euros to Oia for me and my partner - they assured us that the other 2 passengers are travelling to the same direction and the journey would take max. 45 minutes from the port. Well, we’ve traveled all over the island - Kamari, opposite direction to Oia. The journey took 1h 30min! Pick another taxi company at the port, you are even better off using a public bus. Disappointed.

They told you is a taxi but it is a small bus.
You will be with a whole group that stay at different places.
15 euros per person for a small distance.
They promise you a drop in front of your hotel but at the end they drop you at the road because "it is not accessible" but it is all lies we walked on feet to the hotel who gad a parking lots and a lot of cars were passing by.
Shame we could not give zero stars
