Κτήτορας ο Όσιος Ευθύμιος ο νεος -του οποίου ο τάφος βρίσκεται μέσα στο ναό - προς τιμήν του Αποστόλου Ανδρέα.
Πανηγυρίζει στις 15 Οκτωβρίου, του Αγίου Ευθυμίου, και στις 30 Νοεμβρίου, του Αποστόλου Ανδρέα.
Σήμερα βρίσκονται σε εξέλιξη εκτεταμένες εργασίες αναστήλωσης, και τουλάχιστον σήμερα που τον επισκέφθηκα εγω, ήταν κλειστος.
Unique architecture, five-pointed cruciform church of the ninth century.
Founder of Saint Euthymius the young man - whose tomb is in the temple - in honor of Apostle Andrew.
It is celebrated on October 15, by Agios Efthimios and on November 30 by Apostle Andreas.
Extensive restoration work is in progress today, and at least the day I visited him was closed.

A wonderful temple architectural gem of the area dating from the 8th century. Generally the whole location is excellent and only half an hour from Thessaloniki
