Πανεμορφοι μικροί κ μεγάλοι φυσικοί καταρράκτες Beautiful route, with a path that passes through different landscapes. I consider that spring to be the best season. Beautiful small and large natural waterfalls
S	Sagittarius Centaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήραμε το μονοπάτι μέσα από το δάσος για τον καταρράκτη η οποία διαδρομή ήταν 6 χιλιόμετρα μόνο να πας και άλλα τόσα να γυρίσεις τα οποία 6 χιλιόμετρα τα κάναμε σε 4 ώρες γιατί το μονοπάτι ήταν δύσβατο και κακοτραχαλο. Αλλά η εμπειρία και η ομορφιά της φύσης μετράει. We took the path through the forest to the waterfall which route was 6 km only to go and so many more to turn which we did 6 km in 4 hours because the path was inaccessible and rugged. But the experience and beauty of nature counts.

Ξεκινήσαμε από την διασταύρωση λίγο πιο κάτω από τους καταρράκτες (περίπου στο ύψος του νεκροταφείου ζώων) και πήραμε το παραποτάμιο μονοπάτι με σκοπό να φτάσουμε στην περίφημη Περιστερά! Το μονοπάτι γενικά βατό και φυσικά οι καταρράκτες τέλειοι. Εννοείται βουτήξαμε στα δροσερά και καθαρά νερά καθώς έχει και βάθρες. Έπειτα λίγο μπερδευτήκαμε κόβωντας δρόμο από τους καταρράκτες για το μονοπάτι, αλλά με λίγη προσπάθεια το βρήκαμε. Κατά μήκος του μονοπατιού συναντάμε πολλά ελαιόδεντρα και τσάπουρνα που γίνονται πολύ ωραίο λικέρ. Το μονοπάτι φυσικά περνάει αρκετές φορές πέρα δώθε το ποταμάκι και αν έχει ήλιο το τοπίο είναι μαγευτικό, μυστηριακό. Όταν φτάσεις κάτω από το μοναστήρι έχεις μπει στο τελευταίο κομμάτι του μονοπατιού για Περιστερά. Όλα τέλεια! Βατό και για οικογένειες, με λίγη προσοχή. Όσον αφορά στους καταρράκτες θέλει σίγουρα προσοχή στο πέρασμα για αυτούς. Καλή απόλαυση μιας περιπέτειας εντός νομού!! Quarantine 2/1/2021. We started from the crossroads a little below the waterfalls (approximately at the height of the animal cemetery) and took the riverside path in order to reach the famous Peristera! The path is generally passable and of course the waterfalls are perfect. Of course we dived in the cool and clear waters as it has pedestals. Then we got a little confused crossing the road from the waterfalls to the trail, but with a little effort we found it. Along the path we find many olive trees and chapurna that become very nice liqueurs. The path, of course, crosses the river several times and if the sun is shining, the landscape is enchanting, mysterious. When you reach the bottom of the monastery you have entered the last part of the path to Peristera. Everything is perfect! Passable for families, with a little care. As for the waterfalls, he definitely wants attention in the passage for them. Enjoy an adventure within the prefecture !!

(end of March). relatively easy access from road to Peristera (dirt road). no facilities.
