Στην βορειοανατολική πλευρά του σημερινού ναού του Αγίου Γεωργίου μπορεί κανείς να δει το μικρό αυτό μνημείο. Ήταν παρεκκλήσι του Τιμίου Προδρόμου ανάμεσα σε πλούσια βλάστηση και πολλά νερά. Την εποχή που κτίστηκε ο ναός το τότε Μικρογούζι απείχε αρκετά. Σήμερα όμως βρέθηκε στον μέσον του χωριού.
Είναι ένας ανεπίχριστος μικρός μονόχωρος ναός χτισμένος με αργούς λίθους και ξύλινα ζωνάρια (χατίλια) που δένουν μεταξύ τους με εγκάρσιες κλάπες. Στεγάζεται με δίριχτη στέγη και ανοικτό πρόστωο στα δυτικά όπου διαμορφώνεται χαμηλό πεζούλι και υαλωτό διάφραγμα για προστασία από τις καιρικές συνθήκες. Η είσοδος του βρίσκεται στη δυτική πλευρά .
Naidrio of Agios Georgios
On the northeast side of the current church of Agios Georgios one can see this small monument. It was a chapel of Timios Prodromos amidst lush vegetation and many waters. At the time the church was built, the then Mikrogouzi was quite far away. Today, however, it was found in the middle of the village.
It is an uncoated small single-aisled church built with raw stones and wooden belts (hatilia) that tie together with transverse brackets. It is housed with a pitched roof and an open porch to the west where a low terrace and a glass partition are formed for protection from the weather conditions. Its entrance is on the west side.
