D	David Presson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 5K taxi ride from the harbor town of Agenia, this sacred landmark of the Greek Orthodox Church is well worth a visit. Walk through the simple former home of St. Nektarios , stroll the beautiful gardens, and enter the lovely sanctuary. Sadly, the church ceiling was under repair; and according to our guide, the more than 20year project has faced many delays due to financial troubles. Late 2020 will be the 100 anniversary of the death of St. Nektarios.

Unique spiritual tranquil energy in the place that you feel from the first moments on the grounds. Also a good first stop if you are going to the temple of Aphaia and Agia Marina.
