Whoever visits Aegina, should visit the Monastiraki of Ag. Catherine. Ask to approach the old Temple, below the main Temple.

Φέτος τον Νοέμβριο ευχαριστούμε τον Θεό, την Αγία, τις ευλογημένες αδελφές και την γερόντισσα γιατί μας έδωσαν παραπάνω από ότι ζητήσαμεμε. Και τον εγγονό μας. Ευλογείτε. Last year in September 2019 we visited it. We asked the Saint for the family rehabilitation of our child. Η γερόντισσα Χαρητινη και οι μοναχές Μακρινα και Αγάθη είναι πολύ φιλοξενες.Με κέρδισαν με την καλοσύνη τους, την αγάπη τους και την ταπεινοτητα που τις χαρακτηρίζει. Η Αγία Αικατερίνη είναι πραγματικά ΘΑΥΜΑΤΟΥΡΓΉ στις γυναίκες που θέλουν να νυμφευθουν και όχι μόνο.Επίσης υπάρχει και θαυματουργή εικόνα του Αγίου Σπυρίδωνα. Να το επισκεφτείτε οποσδηποτε μιας και είναι μια ανάσα πριν από το μοναστήρι του Αγίου Νεκταρίου! Προστάτης και θαυματουργός στα 2 παιδάκια μου... 5 stars is too little for this monastery. I have been visiting it for over 10 years. Elder Haritini and the nuns Makrina and Agathi are very hospitable. They won me over with their kindness, their love and the humility that characterizes them. Saint Catherine is truly a MIRACULOUS to women who want to get married and more. There is also a miraculous icon of Saint Spyridon. Visit it anyway since it is a breath before the monastery of Agios Nektarios! Protector and miracle worker for my 2 children ...
