★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γράφαμε προσφάτως για τις τρεις ωραίες βίλες με πισίνα στο Πουρνάρι της Θεσσαλονίκης που ανήκαν στη μονή Εμμαούς και θα βγουν στο σφυρί αύριο Τετάρτη 19 Ιανουαρίου. Επίσης, εδώ και καιρό είπαμε και για το ακίνητο όπου στεγάζεται η ΔΟΥ Κατοίκων Εξωτερικού στην οδό Μετσόβου στην Αθήνα, (που και αυτό ανήκε στη μονή) και θα βγει σε πλειστηριασμό στις 26 Ιανουαρίου. Μαθαίνω, όμως, ότι υπάρχουν κι άλλα πολλά σφυριά για λογαριασμό της μονής που περισσότερο παρέπεμπε σε… ΑΕΕΑΠ παρά σε «Ιερόν Γυναικείον Ησυχαστήριον»… Πολύ μου αρέσει με την γερόντισα επικεφαλής της Μονής Επενδύσεων Ακινήτων.
We recently wrote about the three beautiful villas with pool in Pournari of Thessaloniki that belonged to the monastery of Emmaus and will be hammered out tomorrow, Wednesday 19 January. Also, we have been talking for a long time about the property where the Tax Office for Residents Abroad is housed on Metsovo Street in Athens, (which also belonged to the monastery) and will be put up for auction on January 26. I learn, however, that there are many other hammers on behalf of the monastery that referred more to… AEEAP than to "Holy Women's Hermitage". I really like the elderly head of the Real Estate Investment Monastery.
