the workers were impeccable but they came for 2 minutes and the boss wanted 35 euros to tell us that something we knew was damaged. unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ εμας στο ψυγειο μας AEG αλλαξαμε μοτερ πλακετα (ενα κοινο καινουργιο ψυγειο σε χρηματα) αλλα ξανα υστερα απο καιρο εξακολουθει να αναβει το κοκκινο λαμπακι εδω και μερες μας ειπαν οτι ειναι η αποψυξη ,τοσες μερες αποψυξη;θα ξαναπαρω τηλεφωνο
in our AEG refrigerator we have changed the motor board (a new brand new refrigerator for money) but again after a while the red light is still on and days have told us it is thawing, so thawing days again?

I find them leniently unacceptable!
I called them because it was the warranty service of the electrical device I had purchased, which was under warranty and they refused to come.
