Δεδομένων των συνθηκών είναι πολύ γρήγοροι σε σχέση με άλλα on line καταστήματα. Πολύ ευγενική η κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο και πρόθυμη να απαντήσει σε ερωτήσεις. Very fast service. I ordered games 27/12 and 31/12 I received them by clicking away. Given the conditions they are very fast compared to other online stores. The girl is very kind on the phone and willing to answer questions.

Ήταν άψογα συσκευασμένη και υπήρχε συνεχής ενημέρωση μεσω email. I placed my order on 28/1 at one in the afternoon and received it this morning (29/1) via courier. In less than 24 hours. It was perfectly packaged and there was constant updating via email.

Έπρεπε έξω από το κουτί να αναγράφετε ότι το προϊόν είναι εύθραυστο για να γίνει σωστά η παράδοση του. Εγώ τώρα πως να την δώσω αυτή την λαμπάδα στο βαπτιστικο μου... Απογοήτευση.... Απο τις 13-01-22 έχω πληρώσει ένα αυτοκόλλητο καθρέπτη και ακόμη δεν έχω παραλάβει εξαιτίας των ΕΛΤΑ Βριλησσίων, που ήρθε μια φορά και δε με βρήκε σπίτι μου και εγώ πέρασα απο εκεί και ενημέρωσα (δε μπορουσα να περιμένω στην τεράστια ουρά γιατι εχω μωρο μολις 6 μηνων!) οτι θέλω να γίνει επαναποστολή την επόμενη μέρα, πραγμα που καταγράφηκε (προφανώς η εταιρεία γνωρίζει οτι το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα έχει πρόβλημα και θα μπορούσε να με αποτρέψει να επιλέξω τα ΕΛΤΑ ως επιλογή κούριερ). Και ενω παρακάλεσα την HOMECORNER ήδη εδω και 2 μέρες να μεσολαβήσει για το δέμα μου στα κεντρικά, καθώς τα ΕΛΤΑ δε μου εστειλαν το δέμα τη επομένη μέρα, όπως μου είπαν και πέρασαν στο σύστημα, τους είπα τί έχει συμβείμε τα ΕΛΤΑ οτι ούτε το τηλε΄φωνο σηκώνουν, αλλά και οτι πέρασα απο εκεί και κανονίσαμε νεα παοστολή η οποίοα ποτέ δεν έγινε, ΠΑΡΟΛΑΥΤΑ ΟΥΔΕΜΙΑ ΑΠΑΝΤΗΣΗ ΕΧΩ ΑΠΟ ΤΗΝ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ εδω και 2 μέρες, ενω εγω εχω πληρώσει κανονικά το δέμα μου ήδη απο τιςς 13-01-22!!!! Ασφαλώς η εκάστοτε εταιρείαευθύνετια για τις εταιρέιες κουριερ με τις οποίες συνεργάζεται και τουλάχιστον οφείλει να γνωρίζει οτι τα ΕΛΤΑ Βριλησσίων είναι ΚΑΤΩ ΤΟΥ ΜΗΔΕΝΟΣ και να μου στείλει το δμε αμου με άλλη εταιρεία! The worst online store experience! From 13-01-22 I have paid for a mirror sticker and I still have not received it because of ELTA Vrilissia, who came once and did not find me at home and I went through there and informed (I could not wait in the huge queue because I have a baby just 6 months!) that I want to be re-shipped the next day, which was recorded (obviously the company knows that this store has a problem and could prevent me from choosing ELTA as a courier option). And while I begged HOMECORNER for the past 2 days to mediate for my parcel at the headquarters, as ELTA did not send me the parcel the next day, as they told me and went to the system, I told them what happened to ELTA that not even the phone They raise their voices, but also that I went through there and we arranged a new shipment which never took place, STILL I HAVE NO ANSWER FROM THE COMPANY for 2 days now, while I have normally paid my parcel as of 13-01-22 !! !! Of course, the respective company is responsible for the courier companies with which it cooperates and at least it should know that ELTA Vrilissia is UNDER ZERO and send me the dme amo with another company!
