I ordered curtains bulbs without programs very nice and white bulbs with 8 programs. The white lights came without programs without being informed that there was no availability or anything similar. It will be good to inform the public when you are not available. Thanks.

I made an online order on 7/6, the product wrote on the site that it is "available" with a delivery time of "2-3 working days". I paid from 7/6 with a card. On 9/6, Tuesday, I received an email that the product is available and if I want to confirm my order (which surprised me a bit, as I had already paid, in cash on delivery I would understand). On Friday 12/6, I contacted them and they told me that I would receive "Monday-Tuesday". On Wednesday 17/6, I contacted again and they told me that "today we will pick up the product and send it". In fact, on the afternoon of the same day, I got on the phone again (willing to go through the store because time was bothering me since it was a gift) and they informed me that the shipment had been made. Finally, I received the product on Thursday 18/6. The lady in customer service with whom I spoke three times was polite and helpful. The product was in excellent condition, its quality corresponded to the photos on the site, it was carefully and diligently wrapped so as not to break. If I had been informed from the beginning that the product was not finally available and would have to be ordered from the store and that it would take 11 days to come (8 working days instead of 2-3), I would have no problem with the whole situation. I was just troubled by the lack of information and the incorrect information I received (Tuesday 9/6 that it was available and Wednesday 17/6 that they would receive it today) that if I had not done so earlier than the day I needed the order they would have created it for me. problem.

I discovered this store a few months ago and since then I have become a regular customer, going from there myself since I live nearby. But I have also made 2 online orders that went equally well. In one order, of course, one product was out of stock and the website had not been updated, but they called me on the phone and suggested alternative items. Their immediacy and kind service, counted positively. They have very beautiful things for thematic or seasonal decoration, some of which I think .... you can not find anywhere else. The prices are satisfactory for all wallets.

Tragic. February 14 I placed an order and they took me from week to week. They did not inform me that they did not send them from Germany, which would come faster from Russia, neither by mail nor by phone. I took them every time after a week and a half and the answer was the easy solution, to cancel. Nice to meet you! That's why they tell you, so as not to cancel. I also canceled and found them elsewhere and cheaper. Just tragic and full of irony. And their 1 star is a lot.
