E	Evang R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα είναι δυσφήμιση για όλη την αλυσίδα δυστυχώς. Προσπαθουν να σε κλέψουν από όπου μπορούν. Κόβουν μικρότερα ποσά στις αποδείξεις, και αν δεν έχεις δει αυτό που θες από το site σου λένε άλλες τιμές εκεί. Είναι αγενής και μάλλον δεν γνωρίζουν ουτε από στοιχειώδη μαθηματικά αφου τα ρεστα παντα είναι λάθος (υπέρ τους). Απαγορευτικό, βρείτε κάποιο άλλο vicko καλύτερα. This particular store is a slander for the whole chain unfortunately. They are trying to steal from you where they can. They cut smaller amounts on receipts, and if you have not seen what you want from your site they say other prices there. They are rude and probably do not even know basic mathematics since the rest is always wrong (in their favor). Prohibitive, find another vicko better.

Δε θα ξεχάσουμε ότι κ αν έχουμε ζητήσει....από ζυγαριά για το επαγγελματικό μας χώρο μέχρι ζυγαριά τροφίμων, μαξιλάρια,ομπρελοθηκες, δώρα για μικρούς κ μεγάλους, εποχιακά κ μη ....η κ.Γιαννα κ η ομάδα της είναι πάντα πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν. A	A K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ απογοητευμένος. Αγόρασα προϊόν αξίας 24,90€ και στο ταμειο μου ζητήθηκαν 30 ευρώ. Όταν ρώτησα για την αξία του προϊόντος και πως έφτασε στα 30 ευρώ η απάντηση ήταν ότι είναι και η συσκευασία δώρου, η οποία δεν ήταν τίποτα παραπάνω από το να βάλουν το προϊόν γυμνό σε μια χάρτινη σακούλα Vicko με μια κορδέλα. (Ούτε καν περιτύλιγμα) Λογικα η σακούλα κόστιζε 5,10€! Very disappointed. I bought a product worth € 24.90 and my cashier was asked for € 30. When I asked about the value of the product and how it reached 30 euros the answer was that it is also a gift box, which was nothing more than putting the product naked in a Vicko paper bag with a ribbon. (Not even a wrapper) Logically the bag cost € 5.10!
G	GEORGIA GEO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθόλου καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Είχαμε πάρει έναν βραστηρα ο οποίος ήταν ελλατωματικος και χάλασε μέσα σε δύο βδομάδες. Πήγαμε να το αλλάξουμε και δεν είχε άλλον. Οκ σε αυτό γιατί έτυχε. Παρόλα αυτά οποίος αγοράσει κάτι από εκεί δεν μπορεί να το αλλάξει άλλου σε άλλο κατάστημα vicko διότι έτσι είναι η πολιτική του μαγαζιού. Γι αυτό και δεν θα ξαναπάρουμε κάτι από εκεί. Το προσωπικό γενικά δεν βοηθάει ιδιαίτερα και δεν είναι ευγενικό όπως είναι οι πωλητριες γενικότερα σε άλλα καταστήματα. Τέλος όταν είχαμε πάει για να κάνουμε την αλλαγή μας είπαν ότι δεν υπάρχει το προϊόν και ότι δεν θα ξαναφέρουν άλλους. Ενώ μετά από λίγο καιρό έφεραν τελικά. Απλά ήθελαν να μας ξεφορτωθούν και είπαν κάτι στην τύχη. Ελπίζω να μην χρειαστεί να ξαναπάω να αλλάξω τον δεύτερο βραστηρα που πήρα με την αλλαγή. Not good service at all.
