C	Chris_S_2011 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα ένα μπουρνουζι Dim αξίας 28 ευρώ. Με το που το έβγαλα από το κουτί του το έβαλα για πλύσιμο και όταν το έβγαλα από το πλυντήριο ήταν ξηλωμενο ένα μανίκι. Το πήρα αμέσως και πήγα στο μαγαζί. Ο κύριος μου πρότεινε να το πάρω πίσω και να του το πάω άλλη μέρα στεγνό! Τελικά το κράτησε αλλά με ανάγκασε να πάρω ένα χαλακι στην ίδια τιμή. Μιας και δεν κάνει επιστροφή χρημάτων. Όσο αναφορά στην απάντηση του καταστήματος πρώτον σας ευχαριστώ για το χρόνο σας να απαντήσετε στην κριτική μου Μπορεί να μην μπήκα στο κατάστημα αλλά ήμουν αυτός που έφερε την κυρία από το κέντρο της Αθήνας που μένουμε αμέσως μετά την επιστροφή μου στο σπίτι και χάνοντας 2 ώρες από το χρόνο μου για να σας φέρουμε το μπουρνουζι όπως βγήκε από το πλυντήριο για να δείτε με τα μάτια σας πως έγινε και να μην υπάρχει η υποψία ότι καταστράφηκε πχ στο άπλωμα. Κατανοώ απόλυτα ότι δεν έχετε ευθύνη για το προϊόν αλλά δεν επιτρέπεται να μας λέτε να το φέρουμε άλλη μέρα στεγνό και να χάσουμε άλλες 2 ώρες από τη ζωή μας. Αναφορικά με την επιστροφή χρημάτων πιστεύω ότι εσείς θα έπρεπε να δίνατε και αυτή τη δυνατότητα και οχι να περιμένατε από την κυρία να σας το ζητήσει. Τέλος σχετικά με την συνολική αξία των προϊόντων που αντικατέστησαν το μπουρνουζι ήταν 20 ευρώ το χαλακι και 6 ευρώ η πετσέτα το σύνολο 26 όπως αναφέρθηκε από τον υπάλληλο. Έδειξαν μεγάλη διάθεση να απαντήσουν σε κάθε απορία και να με βοηθήσουν στην επιλογή. Μπράβο λοιπόν από εμένα και συνιστώ το κατάστημα για την εξυπηρέτηση και τις πολύ καλές τιμές! I visited the store on 21/05/2020, to choose sheets. The store managers were very kind and helpful. They showed great willingness to answer any questions and help me with the choice. So well done from me and I recommend the store for the service and the very good prices!

Δυστυχώς όταν τα έπλυνα και τα σιδέρωσα(σιδερώνονται πολύ ωραία)διαπίστωσα πόσο κακο-κομμένα και κακο-ραμένα ήταν. Ευτυχώς τα αγόρασα για προσωπική χρήση. Θα σας συνιστούσα να ελέγξετε αυτό το κομμάτι. I bought two sets of cotton satin sheets. I received them the next day. The packaging is very nice. Unfortunately when I washed and ironed them (they are very well ironed) I realized how badly cut and badly sewn they were. Fortunately I bought them for personal use.
