Il ya un bar en dessous, si des fêtard s'invite on a l'impression d'être avec eux a faire la fête sauf qu'on veut dormir lol Une étoile en moi si car on a du attendre qu'une personne vienne nous ouvrir et heureusement qu'on a pensé à avertir homm studio sinon on aurait poireauté longtemps... Very clean, well placed for commerce / restaurant / metro. There is a bar below, if party animals come along we have the impression of being with them to party except that we want to sleep lol A star in me if because we had to wait for someone to come and open the door for us and luckily we thought to notify Homm Studio otherwise we would have hung around for a long time ...
Σ	Σοφια Πατσακα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κατά την άφιξη μας στο ξενοδοχείο, μετά από 6 ώρες ταξίδι και ενώ είχαμε ενημερώσει για την ώρα άφιξης μας (20:30-21:00), περιμέναμε έξω από το κατάλυμα μέσα στο κρύο 1 ώρα χωρίς να μας έχουν ενημερώσει για τυχόν καθυστερήσεις εκ μέρους τους και δεν μπορούσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί τους γιατί δεν απαντούσαν στα τηλέφωνα. Δεν γνωρίζαμε ότι μετά από μισή ώρα αναμονής μπορούσαμε να έχουμε φύγει και να διεκδικήσουμε τα χρήματα μας πίσω αλλά ούτε μπορούσαμε να φύγουμε γιατί τα ελληνικά γραφεία της booking είχαν κλείσει και αδυνατούσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί τους. Όταν μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο, το δωμάτιο ήταν παγωμένο χωρίς θέρμανση και ο άνθρωπος μας είπε ότι μόλις ανοίξουμε το air condition θα ζεσταθεί. Το νερό ζεσταινόταν με θερμοσίφωνα, ο οποίος κρατούσε για 8 λεπτά maximum για δύο άτομα και μετά είχε παγωμένο νερό. Όταν προσπαθήσαμε να ανοίξουμε το air condition δεν άνοιγε η θέρμανση στο ζεστό mood αλλά άνοιγε στο κρύο λες και έχουμε καλοκαίρι. Ενημερώσαμε τον διαχειριστή για τα προβλήματα μας αλλά μας αγνόησε και δεν έστειλε κανέναν. Το επόμενο πρωί είχαμε αποφασίσει να φύγουμε ζητώντας αποζημίωση για τα υπόλοιπα βράδια (2) ή να μας δωθεί ένα δωμάτιο στις προδιαγραφές της κράτησης μας. Μετά από πολύωρη επικοινωνία συμφωνήστηκε να μας δώσουν τα λεφτά για τις υπόλοιπες βραδιές, αλλά μας χρέωσαν ολα τα λεφτά του καθαρισμού του δωματίου για 3 βραδιές ενώ μείναμε ένα βράδυ,τα οποία εάν είχαν άλλο διαθέσιμο δωμάτιο για να μείνουμε δεν θα μας τα χρέωναν. Upon arrival at the hotel, after 6 hours of travel and while we had informed about our arrival time (20: 30-21: 00), we waited outside the accommodation in the cold for 1 hour without being informed of any delays part of them and we could not contact them because they did not answer the phones. We did not know that after half an hour of waiting we could have left and claim our money back but we could not leave either because the Greek booking offices were closed and we were unable to contact them. When we entered the room, the room was frozen without heating and the man told us that as soon as we turn on the air conditioning will heat up. The water was heated with a water heater, which lasted for 8 minutes maximum for two people and then had ice water. When we tried to turn on the air condition, the heating did not turn on in the hot mood but it turned on in the cold as if we had summer. We informed the administrator about our problems but he ignored us and did not send anyone. The next morning we had decided to leave seeking compensation for the remaining nights (2) or to be given a room according to our booking specifications. After many hours of communication it was agreed to give us the money for the rest of the nights, but they charged us all the money for cleaning the room for 3 nights while we stayed one night, which if they had another room available to stay they would not charge us.

L'appartamento in cui ho alloggiato è molto bello, curato e pulito. Arredamento moderno essenziale e funzionale. Consigliatissimo. A stone's throw from Monastiraki square, the apartments are in a building that has a terrace overlooking the spectacular Acropolis. The apartment I stayed in is very nice, neat and clean. Essential and functional modern furniture. Highly recommended.

Due to a long stay in Athens, we had to change apartments quite a few times, and Homm Apartments in Miltiadou were the best in all aspects and a definite standout. As soon as you enter Homm, you are greeted by a extremely friendly person who is in charge of the apartments, and who will always be here to help in case anything arises. His humane and caring attitude is unlike anything I have seen. The apartments are very cozy, have a wonderful decoration and a very luxurious feel. Homm apartments in Miltiadou are the perfect definition of what one can hope if he looks for pretty and ergonomic modern apartments. The fact that for instance, the (extremely pretty) bathrooms are numerous in one apartment (in this case 2), this make these apartments very group friendly as well! The location could not be better, as it is located in the heart of Athens, with a wide choice of restaurants/tavernas as well as very good coffee shops. The sherry on top has to be the breathtaking terrasse that overlooks the Acropolis , that is open for guests and where chairs and tables are adjusted in order to appreciate and rest along this breathtaking view. Overall, if you look for a modern and luxurious apartment in the heart of Athens, with a genuinely friendly person who will make sure your stay will be perfect, I guarantee you this is the place to book!
