P	Pete Roberts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing place to stay. Wonderful helpful staff they really couldn't do enough for you especially at breakfast. Great location and absolutely spotless!!! Food was great and the view of the Acropolis is amazing!! Especially in the evening when it's all lit up and your relaxing with a drink. Next time we return to Athens we will be back for sure.
R	Rlaxd Travlr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3.5, Good - the room and bed were comfortable, and the rooftop bar is really worth it, with great service from Sergio. Sam at reception was also really helpful and kind. Additionally, there is usually a chance to freshen up with a shower in a separate room near reception if you've already checked out. Reasons I can't rate it higher: location and view considered, it's sincerely overpriced unless you're getting a steep discount: room as well as breakfast. The shower needs maintenance and better cleaning, but this was noted during checkout. Also, the lack of parking arrangements is very surprising for a place marketing as upscale and knowing how complicated parking is in the city for tourists.

This hotel is very central and convenient. breakfast on the rooftop was great: Excellent quality of the products. Great local menu experience. First day A/C wasn't working properly, room temperature was hight above 30 and last day started to work and actually spitting ice and therefore managed to have proper AC in the room. Also be careful with the noise, doors can slammed heavily. overall, awesome experience ?

Functional and in e good location with plenty shopping locally, both stores and street vendors. Lots of restaurants nearby.
M	Michael Di Dio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I booked a stay at Athens Mansion Luxury Suites for our honeymoon. We had a free cancellation booking. When it came time to travel to Athens, our flights were cancelled due to COVID. We called the hotel 2 weeks ahead of time (prior to cancellation) and we were told that we could either cancel, or keep our rate and move it to some time in 2022. I requested to move it to June 2022, and I was told that I was all set. 2 weeks later, when we were originally scheduled, I get charge $460 for our stay which we had moved to 2022. I called and spoke with someone, and they told me that they do not move reservations, and that we missed our booking. They refused to refund me, and refuse to honor my 2022 booking I moved it to. Worst customer service I have experience for a hotel. I know that these hotels are hurting from COVID, but I tried to help them out by moving my reservation rather than utilizing the free cancellation. This has been a nightmare, and they have stolen my money. I have not experienced this before with a hotel. Would never recommend this hotel. There are too many other better hotels out there with better customer service.
R	Randy Tulsiram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hotel I’ve ever been to in all of Europe! I came here for my birthday and my experience was beyond sub-par. I was charged an extra 60 euros because my younger brother who is 15 is not considered a child. I get that it’s the policy but they were completely inflexible. The worst part is the price online for the nights I stayed was half of what we paid after the additional charge. In addition, when we walked in, the lobby WiFi was not working. Also, the WiFi in our room did not work our entire stay!! When we first got to our room, the electricity went out. The breakfast was less than appetizing and the elevator sucks. The overall service was extremely poor. Honestly, the only pros about this hotel is that the interior is nicely decorated and the rooftop view is beautiful. Aside from that, it’s was an awful experience. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!!

The Athens Mansion Luxury Suites provide clean, spacious rooms that provide easy accessibility (i.e. walking distance) to the city center. There is a fantastic rooftop bar where a substantial breakfast is served (think Greek yoghurt with a view of the Acropolis!). The downside is that being close to the city it can get noisy at night but they have thought of that with earplugs provided in the room (if you can’t wear earplugs you might struggle). On the downside we were a family of four needing two rooms and when we checked in the had put us on two different floors when we would have preferred rooms next to each other. They couldn’t move us as they were fully booked so be sure to ask for these things when checking in.

Clean and comfortable rooms with a very comfy beds 3. Friendly staff (special compliments to the bartender in the rooftop bar) 4. DELICIOUS breakfasts!!! Best choice!
