Α	Απόστολος Αβραμίδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σαν μεσιτικό γραφείο η δουλειά τους είναι να σου δείξουν το σπίτι , να σου πουν τι έχει μέσα κτλ κτλ. Ε ούτε αυτό δεν έκαναν , μου είπαν ότι το σπίτι έχει αέριο , ηλιακό. Τελικά δεν είχε τίποτα από τα δύο . Το μισθωτήριο έγινε με αυτά τα στοιχεία και μόλις ανακάλυψα πως με δουλεύουν , έγινε νέο μισθωτήριο αλλά φυσικά δεν μου έδωσαν ούτε ένα ευρώ από τη επιστροφή που θα έπρεπε να πάρω 120€ . Επίσης είναι παίρνουν ένα ενοίκιο + 24% . ΠΑΝΤΕΛΩΣ ΑΧΡΕΙΑΣΤΟΙ ! ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ! As a real estate agency, their job is to show you the house, to tell you what is inside, etc. And they did not do that either, they told me that the house has gas, solar. In the end, he had neither. The lease was made with these data and as soon as I found out that they work for me, it became a new lease but of course they did not give me a single euro from the return that I should have received 120 €. G	Gkeli Stambouli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 αστέρι γιατί δεν έχει μηδέν. Ενδιαφερθήκαμε για την ενοικίαση διαμερίσματος. Αφού περάσαμε από 800 στάδια για να μας εγκρίνουν, συμφωνήσαμε στην ενοικίαση του ακινήτου. Λίγο πριν γίνει η κατάθεση από την πλευρά μας, μας είπαν ότι τα δεδομένα του διαμερίσματος ίσως δεν ισχύουν. Δεν ήταν σίγουροι αν υπάρχει τελικά η θέρμανση - που είχε συζητηθεί και συμφωνηθεί- και εφόσον επιβεβαίωσαν ότι τελικά υπάρχει, ξαφνικά ανέβηκε και η τιμή του ακινήτου, ενώ την αρχική τιμή την είχαν προτείνει εκείνοι. Το ξεπεράσαμε και αυτό, μας είπαν ότι θα στείλουν ένα συμφωνητικό "περιπτέρου" ενώ τελικά λάβαμε για να υπογράψουμε ένα συμφωνητικό από νομική υπηρεσία που μόνο εγγύηση το νεφρό μας δεν ζητούσε. Κάναμε κάποιες παρατηρήσεις, ο μεσίτης μας διαβεβαίωνε ότι προχωράει κανονικά και τελικά προφανώς το έδωσαν αλλού χωρίς καν να μας ενημερώσουν για την εξέλιξη και να μην περιμένουμε. Σε όλο αυτό θα έπαιρναν αμοιβή και ένα ενοίκιο συν ΦΠΑ για να παρέχουν μηδέν υπηρεσίες και επαγγελματισμό! 1 star because it has no zero. We were interested in renting an apartment. We made some remarks, the broker assured us that it was proceeding normally and in the end they obviously gave it elsewhere without even informing us about the development and we did not wait. In all this they would get paid and a rent plus VAT to provide zero services and professionalism!
