C	Cameron G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website promises 2 walking tours included in 'ANY Hop on Hop off bus tours' . LIES! An email chain and and phone call later with this company in attempt to learn timetables and locations, no one can give me a definitive answer. I am told AFTER I activate my ticket with the bus driver that the walking tours are only in the Summer! So the value of this ticket plummets! To add insult to injury, every landmark on the map is across the road to one another (faster to walk). The commentary is few and far between and inaccurate. It says the Acropolis closes at 3pm in the Winter when it actually closes at 5pm (so we ran round the site for nothing). I want my money back!!

There are 2 different companies on the same square, and they are very close to each other, but buses are not interchangeable, so just pick the one you prefer. One costed 20 Euro for adults and was free for children. The other costed 16 Euro for adults and 6 Euro for children. We picked yhe first one and paid additional 5 Euros per adult to visit Pireaus line too. They are giving you free beers if you drink, and headsets. It's hot in summer, better take more water. And enjoy!
C	CHERISHIA Pande on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the 48 hrs ticket on 29 march. The lady at the stop who sold me the ticket said the buses are every 20 mins. I boarded the bus and got off after 4 stops. The driver said next bus after 30 minutes. We clicked few photos and waited almost 45 mins for the bus .we just used the ticket for one time. The next day we took the bus and again the driver said 30 mins. The bus arrived after 55 minutes due to traffic. We then took the bus and got off at stop A14. We then boarded the bus from A14 at around 5.20 pm. We were told that is the last bus and had to get off at A15 and take a taxi We were not told that the last bus is at 5.20pm
L	Laura Efthymiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive experience. We took the bus from Omonia square and we had an excellent guide: Vassilis. He was very kind and friendly with me and my child. He gave us all the info that we need. During our 3 days ride with all 3 lines we meet the employees and there were friendly and willing to help. Thank you to all of them to make our journey pleasant. The buses have air con downstairs, are clean, on time. I am highly recommended to visit any city using these Hopp on Hopp off busses.

But you need to have you own headphones for your kid cause they have one size only so it doesn’t fit kids ears. The air conditioner works on first floor only, the second one doesn’t cleaned properly. The safety belts doesn’t work.

Audio recordings were well done and informative. Equipment was a little worn, but entirely serviceable. Staff was polite, helpful, and skilled.

The guides who sell the tickets at the stops are sheet informative, patient and kind. You can’t go wrong with this amenity. Mario and Terry were excellent at answering my families questions.
