★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μεγάλο πρόβλημα το service ρολογιού omega.Για να το αφήσεις στο service δίνουν ραντεβού σε μια εβδομάδα.Μονο για να το αφήσεις χωρίς να το ελέγξουν.κατάσταση δημόσιας υπηρεσίας.Ενω ήδη γνωρίζω από προηγούμενη φορά ότι το κρατούν πάνω από μήνα μέχρι να το φτιάξουν και μου το επιβεβαίωσαν και τώρα.
 Omega watch service is a big problem. To leave it in the service they make an appointment in a week. Only to leave it unchecked. Public service status. I already know from a previous time that they keep it for over a month until they fix it. they confirmed it to me even now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κριτική δεν αφορά τους υπαλλήλους του καταστήματος οι οποίοι ήταν υποδειγματικοί σε ευγένεια και εξυπηρετηση , αλλά στην πολιτική της εταιρείας. Παρέδωσα ένα ρολόι για αντικατάσταση μπαταρίας και καθαρισμό. Σήμερα πήγα να το παραλάβω και ήταν σαν καινούργιο. Απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος. Έρχεται ώρα να το παραλάβω και δεν ήθελα να το φορέσω. Ο ηρωικός υπάλληλος προσπαθούσε να χωρέσει το ρολόι μου σε ένα χάρτινο φακελάκι το οποίο μετά βίας χώραγε το ρολόι μου. Περιμενω από την αντιπροσωπεία της OMEGA να έχει ένα υφασμάτινο σακουλάκι, ένα χάρτινο κουτάκι κάτι αλλο τελος παντων Πιο κατάλληλο για το μέγεθος OMEGA και ιδιαίτερα με τις τιμές που χρεώνει
The criticism does not concern the employees of the store who were exemplary in courtesy and service, but in the policy of the company. I handed over a watch for battery replacement and cleaning. Today I went to pick it up and it was like new. Absolutely happy. It 's time to pick it up and I did not want to wear it. The heroic clerk was trying to fit my watch in a paper bag that could barely fit my watch. I expect from the OMEGA dealership to have a cloth bag, a cardboard box something else after all More suitable for the OMEGA size and especially with the prices it charges

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very friendly and extremely accomodating. They also have a classy aura about them. Epecially Mr. Dimitris. He obviously knows a great deal about Omega's great history and about horology in general. Although this is my first experience regarding the services of a luxury/premium watch brand, I could not expect anything more. It was more or less how I imagined buying my first Omega would be like, if not an even better experience. Even though we did run into some problems with payment methods, the staff went out of their way to help. Definetely would visit again for the next Omega in my watch collection.
By the way, in my opinion: Buy from local authorized dealers and and boutiques. Avoid the grey market. Buying a watch like this should be a personal and human experience. Like the one in the Athen's boutique.

Although the watch had not been purchased at this store the store manager was more than helpful and performed the service with no charge.
