Amazing service even at a packed night without a reservation! Great view and great cocktails!

I would like to start with the lady who welcomes the guest. She must be taught how to speak with customers. We went there last night. She didn't greet us as we did to her. You don't say to customers "wait", you must say "could you wait a moment please?". Secondly I ordered a cocktail but 80% of it was ice. Even though the prices are ridiculous high there was no alcohol but ice. Thirdly the music was so loud. You can't even hear the person next to you. I am really disappointed about the bar. The location and view are nice but it is not worth your money. I don't recommend it at all.

I can only confirm what the last review said. Waited 40 minutes for our drinks (at 16:00 on a not very busy Saturday in September). The bar was certainly not busy, and there were plenty of staff around who did not look overworked. We started downstairs where after several calls the waitress told us that although she was free she could not serve us as it was not her table. We decided to move upstairs to profit from the (very nice) view, and to see if we would get better service. The waitress there was very nice and took our order quickly, but we were then left waiting for almost 30 minutes. A juice we ordered arrived rapidly, but the two other cocktails arrived more than 25’ later. Again, the bartender did not look busy and the floor was only 50% occupied. Other tables were also waiting long. The manager was at the bar, busy on his phone and seemingly uninterested in the situation. We could see the bartender all the time and she prepared our drinks in two minutes after more than 20’ in which she only prepared two other very small orders. Bizarre. No-one said goodbye when we left. Very strange experience altogether. Not an enjoyable one unfortunately. To add insult to injury the cocktail was watery (as it was prepared earlier and was left waiting on the bar for a good 10’ before the second one was ready) ;-) Again. Bizarre experience. Not representative of our other experiences in Athens.

All the stuff ordered was delicious, very kind service as well very clean toilets. With a nice view.

Probably the worst thing about this place is the service which is literally the slowest I’ve ever experienced! The young lady in the front didn’t even greet us properly and the first thing she said to us was to ‘wait’ in a very rude way. We asked nicely for a rooftop table and she furiously denied without even explaining why. Besides that, the food was mediocre and the prices unreasonably high.. the pasta was uncooked and without salt, the ribeyes very average.. wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re having brunch or coffee but still the service would be utterly bad!

This is a very beautiful place ! The rooftop is so much fun ? The waiter is very quick and food is really generous and delicious Drinks are refreshing and new ???

I made a reservation and our table was not ready but I don't want to give less point than 5 stars because the view was amazing and service team was so lovely. Their desserts were nice and also they had fast service. Place was so popular and crowded. I am sure at night, place would be better for drink coctail and night out ? Prices were not so high and affordable when we think about the location and popularity of place. Rooftop is strongly adviced. Especially in spring under light sun shines, it might made your day. Don't forget to feed little, cute, harmless baby girl ??
