Για αυτό 4 αστέρια.Ομως το 1 ? το χάσατε για έναν πολύ σημαντικό λόγο 1 δεν είδα το κλασικό λάχανο καρότο σος κρεμμύδι (πατάτες) ψωμάκι υδρατμών που μπήκα για να φάω και δεν το προτείνατε σαν πρώτη επιλογή σε Συγγρού και Πειραιά ταιζουν χρόνια κόσμο και κοσμακι με αυτο ...και πήρα κάτι άλλο που δεν με κάλυψε γευστικα. Very clean shop very good staff many kinds of hot dog clean products. For this 4 stars. But you lost 1 για for a very important reason 1 I did not see the classic cabbage carrot sauce onion (potatoes) steamed bread that I went in to eat and you did not recommend it as the first choice in Syggrou and Piraeus. cosmic with that ... and I got something else that did not cover me tastefully.

Η ποιότητα των υλικών που χρησιμοποιούνται για την παρασκευή των χάμπουργκερ, hot dog και των άλλων προϊόντων τους, γεγονός που γνωρίζω από πρώτο χέρι, διότι ήμουν παρών όταν έκαναν την επιλογή των πρώτων υλών και πρόσεξα την σημασία που δόθηκε στην επιλογή που έγινε ανάμεσα σε πολλές brands προϊόντων. Τέλος ήμουν παρών στην προετοιμασία του κιμά για το χάμπουργκερ και η διαδικασία μου θύμισε την μητέρα μου, όταν και εκείνη ετοίμαζε τα μπιφτέκια για τα παιδιά της, ο τρόπος που ψιλοκοβε το κρεμμυδάκι και όλα τα υπόλοιπα υλικά, πριν τα ανακατέψει με το κιμά. Ήταν μια εικόνα που μου θύμισε την παιδική μου ηλικία και με εντυπωσίασε πολύ και ακόμη περισσότερο εντυπωσιάστηκα επειδή, ενώ η προετοιμασία που γίνεται είναι χρονοβόρα και επίπονη, η τιμή των προϊόντων είναι πραγματικά πολύ λογική και πολύ ποιο ανταγωνιστική από άλλα καταστήματα με το ίδιο προϊόν. Θα έλεγα ότι η προσπάθεια που γίνεται στο MAMMA'S, είναι φιλότιμη και στοχεύει στην ικανοποίηση του πελάτη, όχι μόνο στην ποσότητα του φαγητού, αλλά και στην ποιότητα αυτού που προσφέρουν και αυτό κατά την γνώμη μου είναι πρωτίστως η ανταμοιβή του προσωπικού και μετά η οικονομική. The quality of the ingredients used to make the hamburgers, hot dogs and their other products, which I know first hand, because I was present when they made the choice of raw materials and I noticed the importance given to the choice made among many product brands. Finally I was present at the preparation of the minced meat for the hamburger and the process reminded me of my mother, when she also prepared the burgers for her children, the way she chopped the onion and all the other ingredients, before mixing them with the minced meat. It was an image that reminded me of my childhood and impressed me a lot and I was even more impressed because, while the preparation is time consuming and laborious, the price of the products is really very reasonable and much more competitive than other stores with the same product. I would say that the effort made at MAMMA'S, is ambitious and aims at customer satisfaction, not only in the quantity of food, but also in the quality of what they offer and this in my opinion is first of all the reward of the staff and then the financial one.
