Lovely hotel for a quiet drink in the evening. Great background music and ambience.

We have stayed here twice, a very friendly family run hotel, clean, quiet and very good value for money.

A disaster. Bad: - Cleaness of rooms, mosquitoes smashed on every wall. - The people responsible of this hotel are looking only after money: only 1 bulb for each room, the splash in the toilet has been cut to save water. The shower curtain to protect against water on the floor has been removed, due to some mold as written in old previous comments. Not to talk about the food which is disgusting in this hotel. - Breakfast: I have never seen as bad breakfast in my life, everything was industrial without any fresh products. The ham was extremely pink, cut in square. I'm sure than even in prison you can eat better breakfasts. - The climatisation in my room was not working room 210. One of the responsible told me explicitly they don't have any room free and "that if they had one, they would change me without problem my friend". We complained about it to Itaka the travel agency and she told us the hotel was half empty due to British travelers not being able to come due to covid. So when the owner came, they could find free rooms like that (room 212 which was better but also with 1 buld, water cut in the toilet etc), while another responsible lied to our face about having free rooms. - The hotel is literally in front of a music club with music all night, so if you don't have night ear plug you will suffer a lot. The only good thing is the location of this hotel, close to Arillas. But in any case Arillas is extremely small so I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel, pay a bit more and find something better. In any case the food was terrible there so we ate outside all the time, with amazing food in restaurants around.

Really good hotel in center of Arillas. Next to bars and restaurants and close to the beach. Extremely friendly and helpful owners. Room quite big - the bed was comfortable and so was the shower. Breakfast and dinner were nice. Negatives: The room was full of mosquitoes on arrival. Better take something against mosquitos with you.
