β β β β β Positive: The hotel is very near to the beaches (Milos beach, Agios Nikitas beach) , restaurants, shops, bus stop. You can easily find everything nearby and can get to Lefkas easily too. The accommodation has air conditioner, free of charge, the room was spacious and clean, the double bed was comfortable. The owner, Kostas, is very friendly, polite and helpful. We spent a lovely relaxing time over there and would book here again. Highly recommended!. Negative: The hotel is near to a bus stop and shops, if you open the window for night it may disturb you. Since air conditioner operated in our room it did not bother us at all. We could sleep very well..

β β β β β Positive: It is a very nice location, centrally situated, close to the beaches (Agios NIkitas, Milos ) and a walking distance of 3 km from Kathisma beach. There are many rental shops around Averto that are also cheap( I paid 15 euros/day for a scooter). Lots of taverns with good food, markets around Averto. The room is very clean, garbage is removed daily, we did not have any drainage issues or awful smells coming from the bathroom. Kostas, the host, is very nice and provided us information on what to visit on the island and how to reach the main attractive points. Great value for the asking price!!!.

β β β β β Positive: Room was spotless clean, comfy, we had everything we needed. The location is perfect. Shops, restaurants around. Within walking distance to Milos beach and Agios Nikitas beach. It's also close to Katisima and Pefkoulia beaches. Kostas was super nice, friendly and helpful host. We'll be coming back..
