★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute and lively village. Better than Vassiliki. The city beach is small, but very nice - has sandy and rocky parts. Milos beach is nearby - 20 min walk or a boat. Kathisma and Deck beaches are 5 min with car. Excellent cocktail bars - don't miss them. Tavernas are full and open late in the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quaint little town. Location gives impression of an old fishing village, but it is a touristy place. Quite a few of eating and shopping places. The locals are extremely nice and friendly. They are very helpful and fun. Worth the visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The rooms are clean and comfortable and location is good for restaurants and local beach down some steps 5 minutes walk. No loungers at beach. Not suitable for disabled persons. Lovely staff especially Effie the manager who is very friendly and helpful. Car hire recommended to fully appreciate this most beautiful island. Kathisma beach is 10 mins drive away. Main town of Kefkada is worth a visit for its beauty.. Negative: Too many steps to some rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place to be at least once! The little village restaurant and shops are charming. The Milos beach in my opinion is one of the best the only way to access is via boat or hiking for 20 minutes. The downside is they don’t clean the village beach so this is extremely bad because is very small and busy. In conclusion the best place to be if you have no car.
