A	Alessandro Mehlem (Alemehlem) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ratio between price and quality. If you don't expect a five stars hotel that's the one for you. Rooms are simple but clean. The price it's slightly higher then in mainland but very convenient for Paxos. There's also a nice pool with a bar. The only negative part is that there's no elevator (as every other place in the island), and best rooms are on the top of the hotel. Receptionists are professional and very kind, as usual here. I'll be back...

Negative: The hotel is very tired especially the bathroom which had a very old fashioned shower with shower curtain, old and tired fixtures and fittings The room is functional which is about all you can say about it Asked for an extra towel and were told we couldn't have one.
S	Steve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: We completely loved Lakka and the Bastas hotel. It has friendly, helpful staff in a wonderful location. Pool area was lovely with great views. We did a couple of HIIT sessions up there before it got too hot in the mornings. The room was clean with good aircon and a good view from the balcony. Lakka itself is beautiful and relaxing. Great that no cars are allowed in the village after 7pm. Loads of cafes and restaurants to choose from. We really enjoyed Nionios, La Piazza and La Rosa di Paxos for food, and Romantica, Giappy and Fanis for crepes/fredo cappuchinos/cocktails. Good beach within 5 mins walk but lots of others within 20 mins. Would also recommend hiring a boat to head down to Antipaxos.. Negative: The hotel is a basic Greek resort hotel. Could probably do with a re-fresh, but you soon get into the Lakka pace of life..
D	David Newark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap hotel in an excellent location. We have stayed here four or five times and are very happy with it. The rooms are basic but clean, there is a nice fresh water pool and bar (up some stairs at the rear). No lift, so not suitable for people who have troubles with stairs. The staff are lovely and the manager will drop you off at places round the island for a reasonable price which is handy as there are not many taxis. Keep your expectations down and it's a great place.
