Positif: Nikos a été génial! Après un petit message à notre arrivée dans le charmant village de Lakka, il est tout de suite venu nous accueillir pour nous amener au logement. Il nous a donné de nombreux conseils sur les endroits à visiter. Le logement est très bien et la vue depuis le balcon est indescriptible! Nous recommandons chaudement cet endroit..

Очень хорошая гостиница. Не знаю как с остальных номеров, но с номера 2 открывается шикарный вид. Лучший в городе. Есть маленькая кухня и балкон. Ещё и приветственная баночка пива)))) Спасибо за гостеприимство. Вы шикарны))))

Positiv: Die Lage in der Bucht ist toll und der Blick vom Balkon war spitzenmäßig. Dafür muss man dann aber auch über 50 Stufen den Berg hinauf. Lakka ist ein nettes Dorf in der Nebensaison, wenn nicht allzuviele Touris den Ort belagern. Angela von Sun Sea Paxos Travel hat uns als Vetretung von Nikos, dem Gastgeber, sehr geholfen. Tausend Dank.. Negativ: Das Studio 2 war so klein, dass man fürs Frühstück komplett auch den Balkon angewiesen ist. Wenns regnet steht der Balkon leider trotz Markise schnell unter Wasser, da die Dachrinne nur zwei Drittel des Dachs abdeckt und das Wasser direkt auf den Balkon läuft und es keinen Abfluss gibt. Die Ausstattung war sehr einfach und fürs Frühstück hat es gereicht. Zum Kochen wohl eher nicht, aber in Lakka gibt es tolle Restaurants. Das Nachbarstudio ist größer und hatte auch das Dachrinnenproblem nicht. Leider mussten wir auch noch einen Tag früher abreisen, weil an Samstagen in der Nebensaison keine Fähre fährt. Den Tag haben wir umsonst gebucht. Das war schade, da wir dann noch eine weitere Nacht zusätzlich auf Korfu-Kerkyra buchen mussten. Man sollte sich zudem einen Tag Spielraum nehmen für die Abreise, denn bei schlechtem Wetter (da reicht schon kräftiger Wind) kann die Fähre auch schnell mal ausfallen..

Positive: Our stay at Limani Studio was so enjoyable. All the facilities u need in the kitchen, oven, microwave, toaster even tea towel and fairy liquid. Amazing views from the balcony of turquoise sea in the bay. Lakka is a beautiful village and very friendly people ?.

Positive: The property is wonderfully located and offers stunning views of Lakka bay. The property is basic but if you are ok with that, then the views and feeling of the place will more than make up for it. Nikos is also extremely helpful and the locals will make sure you feel like home. Definitely worth it!. Negative: The shower is very small but if you’re ok with that, then go ahead and book..

Positive: Spent a wonderfull 3 days in topfloor apartment. Well-kept, clean, a superb view over the harbor and a host that matches Greek hospitality with taking covid-rules serious. The apartment's kitchenette provides all gear for making your own meals and breakfast. Lakka is a small harbour village, you will have to park your car at communal parking. Works out fine, as Lakka is just a small 10-streets town that feels secure. For getting your luggage and gear up 3 stairs, there's a goods lift available. All facillities needed are there at walking distance. Pebble beach is just around the corner, with clear waters and view on lively harbor. If you want a more private beach, you need to cross the hill on the eastside of the harbor. It's a 20 minute walk, but you get a rewarding and almost private beach. Should we visit Paxos/Lakka again, no doubt I would rebook Limani studio.. Negative: Nothing left to be desired. Great place with genuine people running the show (get well soon, Nikos !).
