This place is nothing like the pictures ! The staff is awful! The price is very high for these rooms. Don't go there in any circumstances . You are going to have the worst vacation ever .

Horrible place, the breakfast was bad, the rooms as well, very dirty place. The host is disgusting person, not possible to enjoy your stay at the pool, it’s forbidden to have a drink and to listening music. Impossible to enjoy your stay

There isn't a single positive thing I can say about this hotel. And I was really trying to think of something positive. Stayed here for ~10 days during summer couple of years a go. What I remember was a dirty room and bathroom full of mold, beat up furniture, dirty looking sheets with holes in them, even curtain in the room was full of stains and cigarette burn holes. Had to wash AC indoor unit filter myself because it was so dirty air couldn't go through it and cool the room. WiFi was practically nonexistent, most of the time I used wifi from neighboring hotels. Ultra small TV device had only 2 - 3 Greek channels and the rest were pure static. If one wants to have some breakfast, not that they would miss that much, they have to compete with other guest and get up very early as by 9 in the morning all the good staff is gone. Rooms are not soundproof and the hotel is a noisy place, especially rooms overlooking the pool in which morning activities start as early as 7 am. Not much sleeping there. Also, no hotel parking so if you arrive by car, it's a nightmare finding a parking space in center of Chaniotis. Not a 3 star hotel definitely. Perhaps 1 star. Much better looking in the photos than in reality.

This is an ok place but in need of a serious upgrading. The staff are friendly and super helpful but the rooms are dated , the design convoluted and the breakfast quality is medium -poor. You are better off getting a room only rare and go to the local bakery for breakfast / brunch.

The hotel is nice. The staff is friendly. Very good and variable breakfast. They change menu daily. There is a pool inside the hotel. Cleaning is fine. Rooms are with air conditioning. No parking. There are enough free parking places around the hotel location

For ☆☆☆ hotel it's less than average,not really clean rooms,broken door handle made us difficult to lock and unlock the door,unlocked balcony door,not really hot water after 19pm,you need to tell them to clean the room otherwise still dirty,surprise the breakfast,less than average and really slow service,the first time I came about 3 years ago was much better than this year,also they ask me 5€/night for parking, that's a joke for 3 star hotel

the wifi is less the average.3 out of 4 nights no hot watter after 7pm...romes are ok not the great not the worst.breakfast is okayish...down side is wifi and hot watter.u can't play 5 consecutive videos of 3 min each.
