★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Положительный: Очень дружелюбные хозяева, готовые прийти на помощь в любое время суток, регулярная смена белья, уютные номера. Пляж в 7 минутах ходьбы, напротив дома - супермаркет, 3 минуты до главной площади поселка. Мы очень довольны, вернемся сюда еще!.

Negative: Rusty taps, brownish shower tube, worn out inventory (especially in the bathroom), as if an army of school-age kids "semi-destroyed" the room. No hot water for some two days, hesitant reaction of the landlord after repeaterd complaint (trying to persuade me that it is only me, who should wait for the water - later it turned out, that boiler was defective). Definitely overrated with booking.com note (an excellent, renewed nearby hotel, with constantly available hot water, cleaning/towels/sheets changing on daily basis and very clean rooms has the same note, and it costs the same price - unbeleivable!). Old-age TV with small screen has broken remote control. After complaint - the landlord did not change it, saying the people break it down, and that I should manually operate TV. All my remarks consider two rooms (in the first I stayed one night), and it is all the same, with the difference, that the second was really quiet..
