★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spontaneously we booked a holiday to Greece. We are happy to found this hotel. Everything is very clean (and Covid conform), the personal is very, very friendly and the food is good.
The only thing is- for an "adults-only"-hotel, there are a lots of children!! Thats why i only give four stars.
Near to the hotel there are a lots of restaurants, the sea is not far away and also very nice. I can recommend a stay in this hotel!

We stayed here for my girlfriends birthday and the staff were unbelievable: they went out of their way to make it a special weekend for us - from upgrading our room to one with a private pool, sending a bottle of wine/fruit platter/balloons - to each individually wishing her a happy birthday. Obviously this won’t be everyone else’s experience but the hotel itself is beautiful with amazing finishings and touches everywhere, and the rooms are awesome with very comfortable bed/lovely bathroom etc. The pool area is very very nice and a great vibe when swimming and having drinks in the afternoon sun. I can’t speak more highly of the staff who make you feel so welcome and it feels like a real family - unlike other hotels on par with Contessina where the vibe can be overly formal and stiff. Book your stay in Zakynthos here, you will not regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel is very nice designed, very central and the hotel stuff is very friendly. The rooms are unfortunatly very small and if you have the back view you don't have nice sight. So keep sure you book poolview. Breakfast was good. Pool Area is nice. You are getting 2 times a day fresh towels.
I can recommend this hotel. Thank you for the nice holiday!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the design of the hotel! The pool is amazing, plenty of sunbeds and they are so comfortable. Even the food at the pool is amazing, loved the calamaris and pita gyros ? breakfast is good and the staff is very nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an excellent stay at the Contessina. The hotel is beautiful, all rooms and facilities were brand new and clean. The staff was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Breakfast was really good as well, with fresh and high quality food every morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a lovely hotel staff very friendly.. A good selection for breakfast... The only problem as in all hotels people placing towels on the sun beds then going off out. Even though there are signs not to reserve sun bed with a towel.. Maybe someone to monitor it and remove them if not in use?? But that's the same all over!!!

The people working there were very friendly and polite. They went above and beyond to help us have a great stay at the hotel and assisted us in renting a car and planning our trips.
The room was extremely comfortable and had all comforts necessary.
The pool area is beautiful and very clean with a lot of sunbeds.
Breakfast was perfect - with lots of variety, local specialities and good quality coffee.
Definitely book this place for your stay at the island. You will not regret it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel. very pure simple modern delightful design, good breakfast, super friendly staff. 5mn walk to the beach but nice pool area with cool music and bar/ snack service to your sunbed. Different rooms different prices , pick the best for you and your budget !
