We are still here, accommodation wonderful ,staff really friendly and helpful, the Sister hotel also can use both , want to come again. Plenty to do the food is wonderful sending all my love to the staff x

Hello! We spend 7 days in this hotel with children and we are satisfied. We book with all inclusive. People working in the hotel are very nice and helpful. Food is good. They clean rooms every day. 5 min to the sea. I recommend this hotel mainly for people with children’s.

The worst all inclusive hotel we have ever been as a family. We requested quite room on a higher floor month before we arrived and when we arrived totally exhausted at 11pm we had noisy ground floor room without hot water smelling of damp. The next day we had to wait till midday to change our room with another one which was pretty much the same with the difference that it wasn't so noisy but the terrace which was again ground floor was flooded all the time bacause of the air-conditioning. I don't even have words about the food and drinks and how rude and judgemental most of the staff were. No variety at all- no grill fish or seafood at all for 7 days, no fruits except watermelon and not enough staff to cope with serving. We had to queue for 30min every day for every meal outside cause of Covid 19. When staff served us we weren't able to have additional portion and they made a note of how much all inclusive customers drank and ate. If you ask for more you are told that this is the last tray and you can't have more so there is some for other people. First come, first served was the situation at all inclusive. When pudding is gone they never replaces the tray. Ice cream was allowed only lunch and dinner time in cones, not in a bowl. Snack consists only of sandwiches - ham and cheese option only. 4 mornings coffee machine at breakfast didn't work so staff brought filter coffee. At breakfast no variety as well- wait for coffee for ages. The worst thing was that you have limited time to have your meal cause staff wanted to finish work asap so if you've been waiting at 9 am to go in for breakfast 30 mins and wait for coffee as well you have to leave exactly at 10am and believe me with a child is impossible. Please, consider before you stay there

The Beach it’s really nice, clear water, perfect for little kids and ok the prices. Also, are some stones in the water, on a portion, so it’s better to have some shoes.

It was soo poor because we got 200 euro stolen from our wallet. The wallet was in a jeans pocket which were inside the luggage so not really an easy reach. We reported it to the receptionist and he didn't seem surprised and serenely replied that anyhow if we report it to the manager or the police nothing will happen. so just a polite FU. at our request he spoke to the manager ans replied that she is not in the buliding though we saw her on the window of her office. So another managerial FU we talked to some other guests and found out that we were not the only ones, they got stolen from too. We also had coackroaches, though we reported this to the reception nothing has happened. Do not recommend it at all, a star is too much. se

I love the friendliness of this hotel and all its staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is clean and covid safe. I would recommend this hotel as I have returned here for over 20 years and its home from home. Thankyou Planos beach for always looking after us

The hotel room is awful. Bathroom cabinets broken, without doors. We had no hot water for 2 days. There were also no blankets, only a couple of sheets and old bedspreads. There is nothing to talk about cleaning the rooms at all - no one cleaned the rooms during the whole week. The food was tasteless, only breakfast was possible to eat. The coffee machine is semi-defective. There is no safety for Covid, one day you need to put on disposable gloves, the next day you don’t because you just don’t have them. I do not recommend!

Our stay at Porto Planos Beach Hotel was incredible. We stayed all inclusive and the food was really good waiters were very friendly and helpful. There was a great selection of all inclusive drinks, all made by our bartender George who very easy to talk to and great at making cocktails. The views from the terrace bar are breath taking and with the swimming pool next to rear to take a swim. The hotel is a five minute walks from the 2nd best beach in Zante. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit.
