★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are few words that will do this wonderful place justice, but here goes:
A beautiful, unique, and authentic place, painstakingly renovated to accommodate us made us want to just stay there all the time. The hospitality of the hosts was warm and affable, while the village of Pigi was something out of a post card.
Although the village is small, it was close enough to Rethymno for us to go for a night out, or stay for a quiet evening by the pool.
Overall, cleanliness, hospitality, location are some of the best out there. Highly recommended!
