★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The towels and bed sheets were not cleaned daily. Rude staff. I booked a room for two and had the receptionist complain about the fact there was another person in the room. It made no sense at all. Would not go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel should be in gordon ramsays hotel hell series becouse its the most disgusting hotel in whole athens. Just see the photos that i posted of this hotel and the price 60euros/night is a fuc*in joke. Hotel Cybele more like Hotel Cockroaches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bed was broken so I had to put the mattress in the floor. The fittings in the bathroom were all missing. When I needed an iron for my clothes I had to use out standing in the laundry which is right next to reception (open plan).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is advertised on Booking. Com as 3 star hotel but its not. It was clean and I had a balcony as well as satellite TV with some English channels. The staff were accommodating and it was conveniently situated for my particular needs ie close to SA embassy. Close to public transport, busses and metro and variety of shops close by.

It’s a long story to explain what happened but these guys tricked me to get there with a lower prose over the phone and then they wanted to charge me extra for the room. Completely unprofessional. Also hotel looks like bomb hit on it. Never going back there.
