★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel noce in center if Kisia where you can find many restaurant.
Room are basic , not very big but confortable.
Breakfast with that machine that do ever(cpffe milk capuccino) but that i really hate.
Unfortunately in my room the air conditioner is very noisy ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have stayed here about 10 summers. Friendly staff, small but good breakfast, comfortable beds. Convenient location in Kiffisia next to Supermarket, Shopping, and Dining. Less than 10 minute walk to train station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modesto hotel in Athens downtown, nice employees in reception, clean apartments, nice view from 3rd floor balkony, easy breakfasts including. A lot of pubs, taverns and shop close to hotel. Few parking spots in front of hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Des Roses is very nice and cozy hotel. The rooms are small but they look nice. Used to live there during business trips a lot of times. Tasty breakfasts. I would like to mention that the location of the hotel is great. There are a lot of bars, restaurants and shops nearby the hotel. Also there is a supermarket near the hotel. Attentive people work in Hotel Des Roses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location - centrally located in the center of shopping and restaurants. We arrived exhausted at 10am after a long international flight. Early check in? No problem! Hotel was clean. Services was good. Rooms are not big but we didn't travel to Greece to stay in a hotel room. Staff was helpful making taxi and travel arrangements.

Not close to the sea but in a very nice local neighbourhood ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, modern hotel with helpful staff. The location can't be beat. Right in the middle of the upscale Kiffisia shopping and dining district and a 5 minute walk from the Subway that will take you right to the heart of Athens. It'sy 1st time staying here but will be back. The rooms are small, but modern and have all the necessities. Breakfast is OK with a small balcony if you are lucky to snag one of the two tables on it.
