★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel, wonderful, friendly staff who are always smiling and offering to help in any way they can. Umbrellas and beach towels readily available. Roof top at sunset with a nice drink made in the hotel bar is a must! Direct view of Apollos paratada and the Port. Easy walk to main street, the Labrynth and much more. Generous homemade and local breakfast served daily with additional menu options throughout the day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve traveled a lot, and this was the best overall hotel experience I have ever had. Our entire group of 9 (ranging from grandparents to grandchildren) said this was an absolute highlight of our trip. Nicoletta and Maria are unbelievably welcoming and immediately make you feel like family. Everything was perfect - the welcome wine and pastry, homemade and authentic breakfast, rooftop sunset, pool/hot tub/sauna, pristine rooms and building, staff, location and views. Would recommend this to anyone. Naxos is wonderful and Hotel Grotta was a huge reason is has become our favorite Greek Island. I wasn’t sure it would live up to the hype of the reviews but it absolute did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We felt welcome from the moment we arrived and were greeted with a welcome drink which we had outside looking at a lovely view of the Aegean and the Temple of Apollo! Our room was comfortable and clean. We followed suggestions the staff offered to borrow beach towels and visit Plaka Beach which we loved. The breakfast buffet each morning in the beautiful dining area is not to be outdone anywhere and with the same great views. Delicious!! Staff was so kind we would definitely choose to stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Naxos!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing hotel! Our hosts Nicoletta and Marine were the highlights of our stay, they were the most energetic, friendly, and patient people we met on our trip to Greece! The hotel arranged transportation from the port (and to the airport at the end of our stay) and we were welcomed with a drink and a delicious snack. The rooms and entire hotel were immaculately clean. The daily breakfast was delicious and the best we had during our trip to Greece. The views from hotel are beautiful, and the location is walking distance to all the hot spots in Naxos Town. Great hotel, wonderful service, and excellent value. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect stay- the staff could not be nicer or more welcoming. Very clean rooms, nice spa, great breakfast, free pickup and drop off from ferry. A 5-10 minute walk from town and many good restaurants. Don’t be fooled by the two stars, this hotel is really good, and fantastic value for money. Highly recommended.

Rooftop patio to watch the sunset was perfect along with the pool/sauna/ steam room.The entire Grotta Hotel team was welcoming, warm and provided the BEST hospitality. The homemade breakfast every morning was superb. Bravo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic time here, truly a 5 star experience. From when we arrived we felt very welcome and met some amazing people staying there also! The breakfasts were excellent and the sunset view from the rooftop was priceless.
There were all the amenities that you would expect and more. The service was as good or better as 5 star hotels I have stayed around the world. The pool and sauna facilities were clean and high quality.
The wine they produce was very nice, and we received a bottle as a gift on our first night!
