Great location, their restaurant is excellent! Basic bedding, clean room, very good value for money and especially double glazing that allows for a very good night!

Hôtel aux chambres agréables très propres avec climatisation et balcon.
Restaurant Hellas family-run quality Cretan cuisine: local products, fresh, tasty. Home made. Very affordable prices and a beautiful sheltered terrace on the church square. Manolis and Panagiotis, the 2 brothers in the service are adorable and very complementary.
Hotel with pleasant, very clean rooms with air conditioning and balcony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018...Yet again we are here...it changes very little, and the food in the restaurant is the best around, and modestly priced. The staff are always helpful, and they do not pressure you into taking more than you want or need. It is always worth asking what food they have ready prepared for the day...you can see it...we find this is always the most interesting and tasty.
2016...So here we are again in Palaikastro, staying at the Hellas...Nektaria's cooking as great at ever... poli kala...and the rooms simple and pleasant, with the option... Which we always pick, of the view over the plateia, even if it sometimes gets a little lively later in the evenings ....Greek football cup final on the TV's last night!
2015...We really like hotel Hellas, both to stay and for the food. Maria, Manos and Panos all do their utmost to ensure their guests have a good experience.
